      In June 2013 I purchased a crysler200 from shottenkirk in ********* ..After all the paperwork was done on the car the sales person tells me the car in in the service department and I had too wait a week too get the car ..If I had been told the car had a problem I would have walked away .. Sense that day the car has and is now in the same shop at the same dealership 6 times I have been back twice too try and get the dealership too put me in another car and twice I have been told there is nothing they can do ..This car is a lemon they new it when they sold it too me but they failed too tell me ..Is there anything that can be done about this

      The employee/s were rude and hateful, when we tried to use a service we paid for they said there was a rule and it was not in the paperwork and they could not provide us with any proof of said rule.

      Date of Transaction: March 16th, 2024 Total amount paid: $2,337.71 Shottenkirk Chrysler committed to provide: To repairing my *** issue and fixing my electrical issue for my Chrysler 300. I am disputing the fact that Shottenkirk-Chrylser did not fix my Anti-Lock Braking System (***) issue and replaced parts (battery, wires, and alternator) that was replaced in August 2023 from *********. Essentially I paid for the same service minus the *** twice in 6 months.Shottenkirk Chrysler refused to credit me my money and did not repair my vehicle. Shottenkirk Manager offered to sell me a vehicle as an alternative. They refused my request as a customer and did nothing to repair my vehicle which is the primary reason for visiting Shottenkirk at all.I left a message with the General Manager back in June and I have not received any communications since that date.

      The customer came in stating car would not start and ABS light was on. It needed a battery for no start and a *** for ABS is needed that is no longer available. The customer authorized us to fix his coolant leak and a wiper arm pivot. Customer was not charged for anything regarding ABS as the *** is no longer available to correct issue he has with his ABS. We suggested that customer may want to consider trading in the vehicle because the needed parts are longer available.

      I am rejecting this response because: The dealer told me that they would be able to replace the *** system and if Shottenkirk Chrysler told me that they couldn't repair my *** I would not have taken my car 30 minutes to their location and used the ********* five minutes away.  *** system was the ONLY reason why Shottenkirk was given my business. I ask that Shottenkirk reimburse my money due to the car not being fully repaired as I was guaranteed by your service department.

      These guys are a legal walking nightmare of scam artist.They misrepresent their most expensive vehicles by telling you they have features they do not (******* who works part time at there and Longhorns).This is while they are taking your fully loaded vehicle out from under you on a trade. Then they get their sales manager ***** involved to tell you they will make their mistake right only to have weeks go by of zero action. At that point they loop in the ** (******) who tries to act clueless and then refuses to do what his staff has promised in writing. The good news is that when dealerships such as this break the law they can be held accountable in the legal system. For an $85,000 purchase I expect better.

      The purchase transaction of the 2023 Jeep Wrangler was to include the ******* taxes as this was an out of state purchase for me. Upon purchasing my tag I was informed that I owed a balance of $609.57. This dealership did provide a check for $441.45 which was only enough for the city and county taxes- this amount did not cover the state taxes. The amount below is what was financed for this purchase

      Im filing this complaint on hope to resolve the very bad experience and situation I have encountered at your ********* location,I got off work at 2 pm because I had a previous bad experience and I had gotten an email from ********************* and ask me to give him 20 minutes of my time and that they could help me ,this didnt happen ,I left my job and went to the dealership and waited almost 8 hours and everything that day happened backwards,I couldnt get the vehicle or options I wanted ,they were trying to get and beg me to sign for a vehicle for **** dollars a month for 84 months,which comes out to ****** dollars in which I couldnt afford,my time was wasted and I got lie to ,****** and ********************* was the bad experience along with ************* the salesman,nothing explained ,no negotiations on a vehicle it took them over 3 hours to let me test drive two vehicles thats been sitting on there lot for over a year ,bad sales experience,I told them no I wasnt even giving what my interest rate would be ,all I was told was to sign ,I didnt even get to walk around and look at any vehicles,it was like they wanted me to sign so they all can get a big pay day ,no apology for the experience not even a correction for what they put me through,lie to ,treated unfairly,waited almost 8 hours nobody cared ,I left with disappointment and now Im just upset and angry that I drive that far nothing got done ,but being lie to ,when four people beg me to sign payments over **** dollars I said no ,I didnt get no other responses or resolution to the issue ,this was unprofessional behavior,not one person including the salesman wanted to help ,Im not paying sticker price for any vehicle,they would not help and I want this situation corrected and resolved ,someone reach out from the corporate office and resolve this please thank you

      I have been giving the company the benefit of the doubt and come up with a solution. This is why I have not done anything in 2+ years. I am done biting my tongue. Trying to get anything resolved has been a nightmare in the last years as well. I am having a problem with the dealership I bought my truck from. There is a recall that cannot be fixed due to the part not being released yet. My check engine light has been on for two years now with no resolve. I would like a new truck I would like a solution to this that WILL not affect me if in a negative manner as this is not my fault.

      Follow up on complaint filed earlier regarding 2021 Audi A6 and Shottenkirk ********* Still no key fob, I do now have a loaner vehicle since August 15. No contact since i picked up loaner 4 weeks ago, August 15, 2023.

      When I bought my business vehicle from here, I was talked into purchasing a service contract that was to include all of the maintenance for 84 months or 100K miles, which ever came first. Why have I had to call these folks over 20 times to get what I need its an understatement. So much so now theyre sending me to voicemail. All since I told them sounds like a you problem to them telling me they had no rentals available while the vehicle is being serviced- which is also guaranteed by the contract.There should be no discussion other than vehicle repair free of cost and rental provided. In addition to a refund of the service contract if theyre not going to adhere to it. My calls are purposely being ignored at this point.
