      I have been trying to get an invoice rewritten for several days to give a break down of what needs to be done to my unit to get it repaired. I have called several times with no response back and the temperatures outside are steadily increasing. I felt this was a simple request especially since I shelled out money for an emergency call. It seems after they got that initial money nothing else was important. I am beyond frustrated by the customer service and being left to suffer.

      I would not recommend Premier Indoor to ANYONE OR ANYTHING. I PAID $4303 for Gravity Vented Floor Furnance that came from ******** *********** on OCT.18,2022. This Piece of Mess have not worked PROPERLY from INSTALLATION. THERMOSTAT had to Be CHANGED at Least 3 *****. IT NEVER THREW HEAT OUT PROPERLY; Can Stand ********** Get Too HOT AND IT MAKE A LOUD NOISE.MY SON BE IN HIS ROOM WITH COMFORTER OFF HIS BED WRAPPED AROUND HIM & A SKULL CAP ON (LAST YR. & NOW). I PUT ON A JACKET INSIDE OUR *********ED A SPACE HEATER IN MY ROOM.I CAN STAND OVER THIS FURNANCE & NOT GET TOO WARM.MY OLD FLOOR FURANCE KEPT OUR ********* WARM.TECHNICIANS CAME OUT PLENTY ***** IN 2022 & IT IS STILL THE SAME. I CALLED PREMIER AGAIN ON NOV.6,2023 AND WAS TOLD I WOULD HAVE TO PAY A SERVICE FEE FOR SOMEONE TO COME OUT AND CHECK IT. I SAID I WAS NOT PAYING NO SERVICE ******** HAVE NOT WORKED PROPERLY SINCE I GOT IT AND BE WANTING ME TO PAY TO FIX IT TOO WHEN HE FIX IT AND IT NEVER WORKED AND YOU CAN SEE ALL THE ***** A TECHNICAN HAVE BEEN OUT TO CHECK IT. NO ONE KNOW WHY IT KEEP THE **** BUT **** MADE UP A REASON FOR THE **** & NONE OF THE TECHNICIANS KNEW. WAS TOLD **** NOT AVAILBLE (WHO I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH). I ASKED WHEN HE WILL BE AVAILABE THEN WAS TOLD **** IS NO LONGER WITH THE COMPANY. I SAID I WAS NOT PAYING NO $89 FOR SOMEONE TO COME CHECK IT AND HADN'T WORKED PROPERLY SINCE I GOT IT AND I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM TO NOBODY; I HUNG UP. WHEN IT IS COLD, FEEL LIKE ************* INSTEAD OF INSIDE HOME AND THAT IS NOT RIGHT. DONOT USED THIS COMPANY OR BUY THIS BRAND FLOOR FURNANCE.
