            I placed an order on august 17th 2022 for three items (2 candles and a perfume) that totaled up to $31.11. I never received a confirmation email, tracking number, or any updates. I have tried to contact this business several times regarding the package and have received no response. When I tried to open a case with PayPal they told me that it would be shipped out soon and that it was taking a while because theyre made to order, so I waited and didnt continue the case. It has been two months and still nothing via email or website messages or phone call. This is the second time Ive had issues with this company. Last time it was in June and the order eventually arrived after two months but they also didnt respond then. It seems like they are scamming people because Ive seen another person complain of being ignored when they ask about orders. I just want either my order or my money back. I dont have an order number because I was never sent any details. I have the PayPal transaction in my history, though.
