- The company indicates that it offers the following policy: "All Monies paid by the prospective student, including application fees are refunded if he/she request it within three business days after signing a contract with the school. If no contract is signed with the school the applicant receives the full refund of all monies paid if he/she request it within three business days after making payment to the institution. Deposits or down payments are credited as tuition payments unless clearly identified on receipt by the institution as application or other fees. For an applicant requesting cancellation more that three business days after signing the contract or tor student completing no more than five percent of instructional time ninety-five percent is refunded. For a student more than five percent but no more than then percent of instruction time ninety percent is refunded. For a student completing more than fifty percent of instructional time, the institution is not required to issue a refund."
