    They sold us a car that was in an accident did not give us the detail or tell us about the car issues I found out by ordering a ****** report. Not only that they have not fixed my review camera it still broken I have pictures and I have also gave them a bad rating on ****** maps. They also swinder me to take my first review down in order to fix my battery issue. By one of their employees named Ricky that works the rep department to put in your repairs to get fixed. They put on ****** report that they fixed a couple things that was wrong the car they did not they lied. I have the report not only that they were not answer the phone when I called them or they give you the runaround but I trade in my old car to get this car they call me with the quickness to sign over my title from my old car. They are not trustworthy people not only that they told me a shady deal that they would pay me and my husband car insurance for 6 months they did not do that they lied to me so I can sign over my title for my old car to get this car just to get my money. Not only that they didn't even give us any paperwork I have nothing in our name we must have a 2-year warranty they still haven't fixed nothing but the battery and still haven't fixed the rear view camera they sent us over to **** in ***** but haven't respond or gave them the money to fix the camera. He even shook my hand when he made this shady deal to pay for the insurance for 6 months. Because my credit was bad I had to put the car in my husband name and at the time I was doing **** and **** and I had to have the insurance in my name so the owner told me or one of the co-owners that they will pay the insurance for 6 months if I traded my car and take the deal for the car not only that they overcharged us for this car too as well. To see now they don't care they got their money and we have to pay the bank back which is ******* ***. I really suggest that the BBB look into their business shady deals

    This is a terrible business. They use price scams to get customers on the lot. We found a ‘new’ vehicle online listed for $21,422 and an offer of $500 rebate for medical field worker. We called a day in advance to assure the vehicle was there and scheduled an appointment with the sales representative to come in. We drove **** to this car dealership. When we arrived we first found this was in-fact not a new vehicle as it was listed; it was a demo vehicle with 1,800 miles and was not clean. However we did like the car so we decided to move forward with the purchase. The sales rep pulled up the price online $21,422 and got my information to start the credit check process and get approval for my $500 rebate. A ‘manager’ comes into the office to ‘explain’(I use this term loosely because he was truly using a sales tactic to try and confuse us) that a 3rd party person manages their website and lists prices that they have no control over and that they doubled a $3000 rebate and they could only give us a $1000 rebate. I asked for the bottom line price he says $24,995. Not only do we get scammed into coming there but the ‘manager’ was very rude and frankly unapologetic when delivering us this information. As we were leaving another worker came over and asked was it about the payment, I explained it’s not about the payment it’s about the bottom line price of the vehicle even though we were frustrated and disappointed we offered to pay $22,500 for the vehicle $1,500 more than what was posted on their website and were told by the salesman that it cost. They refused the offer. Even an hour after we have left the dealership the same vehicle is posted with the same price that we were told was an ‘error’. The management at this dealership is obviously terrible, that is no way to conduct business. I hope after reading this you choose to do business elsewhere.
