    My wife got a car from here and we have been dealing with very unprofessional individuals. They knew something was wrong with the car but sold it anyway. Shut this business down before they can scam anybody else! Steer clear of this place and go elsewhere if you value your money and time. Theyre completely overpriced and **** up the prices just because they feel like it.

    Thank you for reaching out. Im sorry this happened, and I understand you and your wife's concerns. **************** is our utmost priority, and I apologize for not meeting our own high expectations. 

    As far as your complaint is concerned, the vehicle that was purchased undergoes a 37 point inspection before being marked for being on sale. It is test driven by our ********************* and nothing was found to be wrong beforehand. But I do apologize for these issues coming about after your purchase. I am aware your account manager is doing everything in their power to aid in the repair of your vehicle, with aid to tow your vehicle to our location and for the repairs. We understand that you live a far distance, and it is inconvenient for you and your wife, but our team is doing their best to aid you. 

    I also apologize if you feel like our employees have been unprofessional with you. I will review recording of your interactions and respond accordingly, if I see fault in their actions. But I do apologize that you and  your wife were made to feel this way.

    I got this car in August. When purchase i was told it had a oil change and everything was good. In October i went to get a oil change because i heard knocking. I was informed while getting the oil changed the truck hasnt had a oil change in months. On top of that it has a really bad oil leak. I called to inform the dealership and they stated they could fix it free of charge at no cost to me but they have to keep my car for a week i still have to make my bi weekly *************** will not give me a loaner car. I expressed that I cant do that due to me being in school my kids being in school and thats my only means of transportation. I would have to wait til me and my kids are out of school on a break. I was told okay and that was fine. Now when they were out for Christmas break i called back to let them know what i was told need to be fixed on the car and i got rudely talked to and told well its been 2 months since that conversation we had about the car and now you have to pay. I said well i was told when i go on break and ready for you all to pick it up to call . I CALLED AND NOW THEY ARE REFUSING TO FIX IT FOR FREE. Knowing the car was a mess frok when i first brought it . And i refuse to pay 250 because of the conversation we had . She never told me ******* that conversation i have 30 days from the date to bring the car in or i would have to pay. All calls are monitored so if thats the case PULL THE CALL. I literally have to get on the road in the morning for military orders this is sad.

    This business is a completely scam. I got this car in October it is a 2007 ****** RAV4 . I have been paying every other week for the past few months. My Car note was Due Friday. It is Christmas time and I let my account manager know I would be a few days late. Ive never been a few days late before this incident. They turned my car off the SAME DAY it was due. Not sure how I can get them their money with no car.Today it has not even been one week since Friday. I told my account manager ****** I would be paying TOMORROW MORNING. They waited all the way until tonight (one day before I said I would be able to pay) and TOOK the car. Now they are saying it will be an additional 450 to get my car back. They take your car after a few DAYS of being late and mind you, this car is 15 years old and has a horrible oil leak and they would NOT give me the price of the car until I already signed paperwork. They had this car listed as ****** for a 2007 CAR. After financing it is almost ******!!! I have never had a repo before and my Credit is very good for my age. Now I will have a repossession on my credit because I was a few DAYS late. Not to mention my uncle is a lawyer and specializes in cases such as these. We looked over my contract along with one of his colleagues and the contract is highly illegal and fraudulent. I will be contacting whoever I need to be speaking to about this as soon as possible. The contract is illegal so therefore it would be beyond illegal for this company to put this car on my credit. And I will be letting everybody else I know that has gotten a car through this company to contact a lawyer and have them take a look at their contract.

    Firstly, I want to apologize on behalf of Sports and Imports LLC for your less that perfect experience with us. Our main goal is customer satisfaction, and it seems we have not met our standards when it comes to your loan with us. 

    To address your complaint, you stated that you spoke to your account manager stating that you'll be late due to the fact that it's Christmas time. Your account manager informed me that she attempted to take payment on the 12/16/2022 at 10:21 AM, the payment declined, and that you stated you will pay by 5:00 PM that same day. We never heard from you that evening, unfortunately, nor had we heard from you the 17th when attempting to reach you again, and a message was left in your voicemail. Your account manager called again on the 19th at 8:56 AM, and contact was not made, and a voicemail was left again. On the 20th, when we were able to reach you, you stated that you do not know when you would be able to pay again, as you used your funds for Christmas gifts. 

    You stated you were only a few days late, however, our records show that you were actually 21 days late on your loan. Your account manager attempted many times to offer you a payment program to become caught up with your loan, but you declined each time. Additionally, our records show that you tempered with the *** unit so your vehicle would not be turned off due to non-payment, which goes against the *** Device Disclosure Agreement that you signed. 

    Unfortunately, you stated that you did not know the price of the car until you had already signed the paperwork, and that is unfortunate to hear. However, I have documentation showing that you agreed to the price of the car before your contracts were drafted, so my apologies if it was not made a little more clear for you.

    Attempted to buy a vehicle from this dealership the salesperson's name was **************** he told me I was approved for $500 down payment so I told him that I would have to speak the payment up he said that was fine I made a $50 payment on the 7th of December 2022 I made an additional $250 payment on December 16th 2022 after making final installment on my down payment I was told that my paperwork had to be ran again to make sure the deal would be approved he ran the paperwork and it came back that I wasn't approved and that he had to give me a refund I have been waiting on this $500 refund for a few days now every time I call about it I get attitude from the people who answer the phone they act very short I called last evening and they put me on hold and left me there for the duration all I want is my money back

    I am a victim of auto fraud, misrepresentation and deception conducted by Sports and Imports Auto sale dealership in ******, **. The lemon car I purchased was a premeditated faulty sale and against the Official Code of Georgia Annotated (O.C.G.A.) regulations according to the Secretary of State.The car began breaking down 1 week after purchase, causing an almost tragic accident in the middle of the highway with my kids and family in the car. Consequently, my family and I have suffered emotional distress since. Moreover, after having the car fixed and being denied a copy of the repairs made, the car broke down again almost causing another tragic wreck with my family. In addition, after having my personal lawyer thoroughly examined the contract, he found several errors and fraudulent documentation and forced signatures not made by me. The staff on 11/02/22 were very inconsiderate, apathetic , and very rude and disrespectful. They have slandered my husbands name and made false accusations and allegations towards him. The dealership is immoral and unjust. I have witnesses, pictures, videos, recorded conversations and documentation that is actionable as an Unfair Business Practice.

    To address your issues, firstly, Sports and Imports only stocks the highest quality vehicles possible in order to suit our customer's needs. They are put through a detailed multi-point inspection before they are allowed to be sold. As well, we allow our customer to take themselves on a lengthy test-drive in order to catch any issues with the vehicles that *** have been missed by the staff. I have your WE OWE document stating that no issues were seen on your part when you purchased the vehicle. 

    To hear the the vehicle broke down on the highway, with your family as passengers in the vehicle is devastating to hear. I apologize for this happening to you, as well as I am glad that you were all able to remain safe in the situation. 

    After we repaired your vehicle, and it broke down again is even more disheartening. We do our absolute best in order to keep our customer's vehicle in as best a shape as possible, and I apologize for not meeting your needs with the original repairs. From my notes, I can see that your account manager requested invoices on the repairs for your account, and you should have them for your records at this time. 

    In regards to your contracts, we have all your documentation here on file, and I have confirmed reports and recording of your signing of the documents. If you would like a copy of them all, you are welcome to request them by speaking to your account manager.

    In regards to your call on 11/02/2022, I do apologize if your interactions with our staff did not meet your standards. After reviewing your call from this date, the account manager did her absolute best to alleviate the stress caused by this situation and I do not find fault in her actions. I apologize if you feel like your husband has been disrespected in anyway, as that is never our intention or part of our goals as a company.

    There are over 40 complaints including in my neighborhood who were sold faulty cars from this facility. I have tried several times to contact my account manager and I was either hung up on or never called back. I have even physically went up to the facility and had no one to talk to me. I have never ever had an experience like this with any company. The car has still not been repaired and is still in the auto shop. Moreover, I am still left without a reliable car.

    I bought a 2008 ***** Accord from sports and imports in ****** ******* in 2018 I went through a lot of surgeries and I've had penalties and late fees but I have gotten my car down to $460 and now she is telling me that my account has been red flagged saying because of the pandemic I told them I lost my job and that I was waiting on unemployment when in reality I worked the whole entire pandemic I did not tell them this they have been asking me for over a year to trade my car in I do not want to fool with them anymore and now that I oh less than $500 now all of a sudden my account is red flagged. I do not understand why they will not let me talk to anybody other than my account manager she keeps saying that I need to talk to finance but nobody will let me talk to finance I've asked to speak with someone over my account manager they refuse to let me speak to anyone other than her and I feel that something is not right the car was only $13,000 from the start and I have put over ****** in this car over the last 5 years from penalties in late fees supposedly so now that I'm under $500 she's all of a sudden telling me that I'm red flagged because of the pandemic but I work the entire pandemic my husband has got a car from them because I referred him she mentioned his name he is the one that was laid off waiting on unemployment they came and got his car 2 months after he had it and now they're saying that my account is red flags I need legal advice

    Firstly, I want to thank you for your extended patience with us at Sports and Imports Autos. I'm sure this time has been extremely frustrating, and I am saddened to hear that we have not met our high standards for customer service with you.

    I reviewed your account, and went over your case with your account manager. 

    The first issues is that you believe your account balance should have been a certain amount, and that you were caught off guard by the higher balance amount being presented to you. Per your account, I do see that you did not make payments at the height of the pandemic as stated by your account manager. I am attaching a copy of what we have on file of some of your payments from around 03/2020. Unfortunately, I'm not aware of were you may have gotten the information that only less than $500 was still owed on your vehicle, but I believe that information may have been given to you in error, and I do apologize on behalf of my staff if that is the case.

    Another issue I see from your complaint is that we do not allow you to speak to anyone else besides your account manager. On this matter, I can only inform you the reasoning behind your issue. your account manager is there to relay all necessary information to any parties involved in your account, including finance. Finance does not speak directly to customers, and relies on reports from account managers to make decisions as they deem necessary. I apologize if you were not totally satisfied with the service you received and hope we can come to a conclusion on this matter. 

    In the case of your husband, he purchased his vehicle at the start of the pandemic. His account manager tried everything in their power to keep your husband in their vehicle, especially during the difficult time of the pandemic. However, we can only allow your husband with non-payment for an amount of time. We wish we could have done more to help.

    This is my second car from sports and imports the first one I had the engine went out I had problems with the second car the entire time but I had no choice but to keep the car because this on my credit it rains in my car and I did tell them when I first got my car I also had bad tires on my vehicle when I first got it but they told me it could take a week or so to get my car back I needed my transportation I have plenty of receipts on what was wrong with this overpriced piece of junk that has mold in the car I also did let them know that the computer of the car is bad but they didnt too much care because all they wanted was a payment But after going through all this with the car I still kept it and was continuing making payments but they really went overboard when they charged my card and did not have permission to that is not ok .when I gave them the card number before it was a one time payment Im very furious

    From what I can deduce from your complaint, you were dissatisfied by the quality of the car you purchased. Unfortunately, we offer our customers a We Owe document so if any repairs are needed on your car up to 30 days after your purchase, we will work with you to have those issues addressed. The document was completely left blank, other than your signature, so perhaps some of the struggle with your repairs is due to this document. But in either case, I do apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. 

     

    As far as charging your card incorrectly, I do apologize, no matter which party was at fault. I do see from on note on your account the payment was reversed and you were returned your money.

    I am making a complaint against sports Emporium imports due to the charge the credit card that they were only supposed to use one time and they were not given permission to charge anymore and they continued to charge this card over eight times and now are harassing me and threatening me

    Firstly, I want to apologize for your less than perfect experience with us at Sports and Imports Autos. It is always our priority to ensure each of our customers have a wonderful experience with us, and it saddens me we did not meet our own expectations. 

    I reviewed your complaint and your account. After speaking with your account manager, she informed me that your father's card was saved on file upon the loss of your own, and that you both had authorized to use this card until you were able to obtain a replacement. You were supposed to call your account manager to inform her of the new credit card, and to remove your father's from the automatic charges. You were offered a refund to your third party but that you would be liable to pay $1750 that has so far been paid on the third party's card.  I was informed that you refused this arrangement. 

    You are more than welcome speak to us to have your father's funds recovered, however, if the amount is not paid in full, you will be liable to have your account be moved to the pre-repossession stage and then possible repossession of the motor vehicle serving as collateral. We want to avoid this result so please feel free to contact us at ************ to alleviate this issue. 

    Furthermore, I can assure you my team has not harassed or threatened you. I have seen that you have blocked our number, and I have reviewed through our recorded lines that no such interactions exist.     Sports and Imports LLC invited me to bring $500 and drive away the same day in a vehicle the same day. According to them, "We don't care about credit". When I arrived at the dealership on 10/8/22, I completed the necessary documents, but after an hour or so was told "they needed more commitment from me to secure a vehicle" and proceeded to ask if I could put down $2500 instead of the $500 down I was guaranteed as an initial down payment. As I was unable to provide the unexpected additional $2000, I left the dealership and ended up spending $93.28 in ride share fees to and from the dealership. I would like to report Sports and Imports LLC for false advertisement.

    Firstly, I want to apologize for your less than perfect experience with us at Sports and Imports, and that we were unable to offer you a loan with our company. After reading through your message, I contacted everyone involved and looked through the notes from your application with us. 

    In regards to your complaint, I noticed you are frustrated regarding our down payment policy. Our down payment policy states that $500 is the minimum down payment for the lowest priced cars at our locations and higher down payments are necessary for the higher priced vehicles. All of this information is available on the website.

    Regarding Sports and Imports not caring about credit, we try to emphasize that we do not care about the credit score like other dealerships, but credit factors are still in the decision making when deciding to approve or reject applications, along with other factors. You should be receiving mail from us as to the specific reasons as to why your application was rejected.

    We apologize for the sacrifice you had to make in order to make it to your dealership. We understand how difficult it can be to travel in Georgia without a vehicle, and I apologize if this trip was a drain on your resources.     My partner and I are on our 3rd car from this ***************** are shady as can be. The first car went back to the mechanic once a month for five or six months. The next car went twice in two months but once the problem was seemingly solved, we couldnt register the vehicle because they had never obtained the title. The solution was to give us yet another vehicle, and guess what, it has similar engine troubles as the first two did. After going to the mechanic again we were told we received a new transmission but the problem is back less than seven days later. They do not provide information as to where its getting fixed, they do not pause payments while being repaired, and it usually ends up with the same problem coming back after it was fixed. Several times have they charged cards we specifically asked them not to and charged them days earlier than they were supposed to as well. There have been times they charged two different cards for the same amount so we had to wait to get our money back, that they shouldnt have pulled. Instead of giving my deposit back on the car they only say we can exit the contract if wed like, but provide nothing else to fix their wrongdoings besides offering another crappy car. The amount of stress Ive been through with the ******************* not having a car to get to work and my kids to daycare is actually causing emotional & physical distress. I would love to see this company shut down. Even the oil change company I went to around the corner called them shady & I regret not reading the reviews on this site before purchasing the first one a year ago. Oh, and the icing on the cake, when they transferred my finance information from one faulty vehicle to another, they didnt complete the paperwork correctly and now it looks as if I have two car loans on my credit, tanking my credit and holding me from going anywhere else as i wait for the old to fall off if it ever does.
