    I purchased a car from here on February 24,2024. They have not filed the proper paperwork for me to get my license plate for the car. I can't get in touch with anyone at the company. I've tried calling, emailing and texting them with no response. My temporary tag expires tomorrow.

    I have called about the title for a truck I bought from them. They said it was lost. I called back about the title and they said they ordered a replacement title. Now when I try to find out anything they dont answer my calls.

    I buy a car from this dealer. I made every payment on time we been acording but the dealer said I still owed **** dollars because he said we are late on the payment. Which isn't true. I have every single payment i made on time . On top off that they change the price on the contract i ask them why the answer was They going to fixed but they never fixed so i wish you guys take an review the contract because he altered the contract by hand written i have evidence off that he treated me to cancel my tag if i dont pay the money Also he said he will reposes the car

    I purchased my vehicle 3/7/2020 while still residing in the ***********. In Jan of 2021 I moved to **. In June of 2021 I emailed ** department of revenue paperwork and requested my title OR a copy of the front AND back of the title be sent to the department of revenue. Their employee ******** filled out the paperwork, emailed it back to me and stated they sent the title to the ***********. In August of 2021 ******** called me and stated they sent the title back in June of 2021 and that if I did not get the registration transferred they would be coming to get the truck. 8/28/21 I went to the dmv and registered my truck with **. The dmv called the head office and they stated they did NOT have my title. I was able to register the truck for 1 year because ******** had filled out the **** of revenue paperwork. On 10/8/21 it was involved in a hit and run. In Nov of 2021 the insurance payout was agreed (by them) to be applied to my loan which would have taken me out of any default and put me in good standings. They did NOT do so. My payoff is around $2200 but they are stating I owe almost $7000. 10/8/22 I requested my title be sent to ** and they replied with they will not do so because it is in default and out for repossession. I have NOT received any certified piece of mail and now they are no longer allowing me access to my loan online. There has always been a make payment option but they lock that option and do NOT allow me to make ANY type of payment. This has caused me great financial distress due to not having my vehicle to legally drive to and from decent paying jobs. Which has also caused me stress and anxiety to be able to pay my bills such as rent and utilities. They now do NOT respond to ANY emails. I am now almost 10 months late in renewing my registration. As well as the ** plates do NOT even come back to the truck AND the *** on the truck is still registered to the ***********.

    Zero stars! These are the most unprofessional business people I have ever encountered. I contacted my financing company to approve me for a 2013 GMC truck and was approved. I saw the truck online and it looked nice. Upon arrival, the truck was not as pictured and super dirty. I was told I had to complete the application to test drive it. I was completing the application & was told my credit will not be ran as I asked multiple times. However, they ran my credit through a different financing company. I knew immediately because I have credit monitoring. I asked & they still lied saying it wasnt them. After saying they werent able to pull up my offer & reaching out to my finance company (the guy did not call anyone, he was playing on his phone) I attempted to call myself. The guy saw me calling & immediately called someone he knew. She stated I was denied which was a coincidence because the finance company (who they also finance through) approved me. So I called the finance company & was told RPM never submitted the ******************* was no ****** (lady who the guy called) worked there. So, I tried to reach out with the finance company on the ********** both agreed that this place is racist & a big scam! When asking the guy over the phone for my application number, he couldnt provide it. They blocked my number. Also told me to pay a down payment of $3500 on a car thats $6000. The math definitely wasnt mathing. The car was not even worth $6000. It was trashed, doors squeaked really loud, missing parts from the car. Thats only by looking at it. Theres no telling what I wouldve noticed they allowed me to test drive the car. Its unfortunate because Im pregnant and have 3 children. Its inhumane how they treated me. People of color, please stay away! Everyone should stay away! They will leave you highly disappointed. One guy told me if you cant give me the money then find another dealer lady. It was horrible!
