    My family has been purchasing vent shades from this company for years, and overall have never had a complaints or problems with the product, until now. The last set we purchased for my father were chrome and within a few months 2 of them have began turning colors and peeling. We have reached out to the company to let them know that this is clearly a defective part and that we would like replacements as this has never been an issue before, to which they replied, thank you for our concern and haven't heard anything back from them since. This is bad business and they could loose a whole family of life long customers over a defect that should be fixed on their end. I would like to think they would make this right but I just don't know. I am shocked by their response and lack of care for the concern.
