      I hired Solutions Plumbing and Drains LLC, which is owned by ***************************************, to do renovations on my 80 yrs old brother kitchen and bathroom. ******* also uses the name *************************************, and owns Ready Rooter Plumbing and Deez Dumpsters. She was paid ****** up front for an ****** job. The workers removed walls from bathroom and kitchen and floor from kitchen on September 12 and failed to return to complete the job. Promises were made via email and text to resume work. I have not been able to reach them. They took the money and disappeared. She should be prosecuted. I see she has done this to others who have hired one of her businesses.

      On 10/18/23 I went on *****'s List to find a plumber. My hall bathroom smelled of sewer gasses and the toilet was loose at the floor. I received a call within 5 minutes and scheduled an appointment with a man calling himself "*********************." His business came up Solutions Plumbing and Drain on ****'s, but his cell phone indicates he also uses the name Ready Rooter. He said my "cast iron plumbing had separated and would cause major slab damage." He never showed me the camera, yet lied to my my brother that he did. He quoted $3,500 to complete the job the next day. I tried to pay the deposit **** requested with my **** card. He said we are a small business and I prefer *****. He asked for $2,000 as the deposit. He sent an unlicensed individual who got nervous when I started asking questions. The only thing this man did was put my toilet in the bathtub and removed the wax ring that seals the toilet, then he left! I have found out in the meantime that my pipes are not cast iron; this was a lie!! My pipes are pvc. My brother, who is a building contractor in ********, spoke to **** the next day about the job. I spoke to **** shortly after that call, and **** said "Our contract is voided, you will be issued a refund." He kept fabricating stories that my check was in the mail. Then he said he would meet me at the local Publix. He was a no show, and the next day I got another promise of a refund that never came. I called one more time, and I got no answer. I left a text message and it is still on not read weeks later. I reported the company to *******, and after they would not respond, *****'s blocked their account. *****'s referred the case to Fairclaim for arbitration, but there was no response from this company. These people will take your hard earned money for doing no work without remorse. Also, there was a lady involved. Her name she said was "***." She waited in ****'s truck when he came. I don't understand dishonest people, essentially stealing from an older person.

      On 1/24/23 I contacted Thermasol on line to get someone to replace my steam shower. ******************************** called and set up an appointment for an estimate. The price was what I had seen on the Web page. I paid a check for $3500 to purchase the unit which was to be installed in 2 days. An electrician came to disconnect the old unit. ******************************************* no plumber appearing. I have had at least *************** as to why. I threatened to file a police report and ****** said he was coming over with the money. No such luck. I did not notice that there was no address on the invoice. He has lied on numerous occasions . I would like the unit or my money back. I am filing a police report in the next several days.

      I hired ********************************* of Ready Rooter Plumbing to complete 4 jobs for me: (a) installing a tile countertop backsplash, (b) total renovation of master bathroom, (c) total renovation of guest bathroom, and (d) resurfacing ceiling and painting walls/ceiling in kitchen The kitchen backsplash tiling job was satisfactorily completed on 10/20/22 for a total of $1300 (tile backsplash - see Invoice #****). Paid: $650 (CashApp)-10/6, $650 (Zelle)-10/20.The master bathroom job is incomplete. It began on 10/19 & to date the plumbing, tiling of shower, painting walls, and lighting are partially complete. Outstanding for the job are supplying materials and completing installation of plumbing, shower tiling, enclosed glass shower, shower bench, shower faucets, soaking tub, tile floor, 2 doors, toilet, vanity mirror, painting walls/ceiling, lighting, and vanity (installation only - I purchased it). The cost of this project is $12,000 ($10,000 - bathroom remodel - Invoice #**** + $2000 for tile - no invoice provided). Paid to date: $9500 - $3500 (Zelle)- 10/17, $3500 (Zelle)-10/18, $500 (CashApp)-10/18, $2000 (Zelle)-10/21.Bathroom 2 (guest bathroom) was never started. Refer to Invoice #****. The remodel cost is $6500. Paid to date: $3500 (Zelle)-11/2, $2000 (CashApp)-11/21.The resurfacing ceiling and painting walls/ceiling in the kitchen is complete. The total cost of the project was paid on 11/5 via Zelle for $500. No invoice was provided. The project was completed on 12/2.My last contact with ******************** was on or around 12/2/2022. Now when I call the business *************), I reach an answering service. I have left many messages over the last 3 weeks and have not received a callback. When I attempt to contact ******************** by text, his wife responds. She shared that he is in Coweta County jail. Therefore, I am reaching out to the BBB for assistance in getting someone from Ready Rooter Plumbing to complete my jobs or refund my money (prorated for labor completed).

      Contractor ( states, licensed, insured and bonded), was incapable of completing the work promised. Sent unskilled laborers, did not supervise. Collected 50% of fees, caused damage to the property, and ultimately stopped showing up all together. Also failed to pay sub- contractors. He repeatedly lied, promised to show up and did not. I needed to hire another contractor at significant expense and now have learned of massive plumbing damage with leaks under concrete slab. I had initially referred this person to my daughter and ***, he took insurance claim money from them and performed demo only. Based upon new ****** reviews he has done the same to others. When we finally got through to a company representative, we were told that the individual ( ****** Brothers) is incarcerated in another state.

      DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE BECAUSE THEY RIP ME OFF !!!!I hired Ready Rooter LLC for the re-piping job at my house. The main person who signed up for the job never showed up and sent other men to do the job. They showed up the first few days and then stopped coming to work. They were supposed to finish the job in three days but it has been 2 weeks and the work has been left in a complete mess with only a part of the job done. They asked me to pay ****% of the money upfront which I did. I called their office several times, where only an answering service picks up the call and takes messages but they never return my call. They left the house with all the open walls and ceilings which is completely hazardous. I have to hire another company to finish the job. These people cost me my time, energy, money, frustration, and stress. This is completely a fraud case. I am filing this complaint so everyone can be aware of this company and the people of this company. I hope BBB can take some action on this issue.       I was defrauded of my money from this business. This contractor is a cuumpolsive liar who is wreckless and irresponsible. He claims to be a master plumber and he's not. He damaged and destroyed my brand new vanity and left my home in shambles. He is very temperamental. If you ask him a question, he gets upset. I paid him in full to install a brand new vanity, toilet, and mirror. He took over 3 weeks and didn't even finish the project. He kept sending strange people to my home to do the job that I hired him to do. He sent a painter to my home with no paint, though I had previously picked the paint color. The painter showed up high. He let strange people into my home without my consent. He belittled me and disrespected my home. He couldn't even install basic faucets. My bathroom is a wreck and he took my money. He is a flagrant fraud.
