On July 31, 2024 I purchased a 2017 ***** HRV from Global Imports Auto Sales I paid $10,000 for the car. In early July 2024, I looked at this vehicle while car shopping. A couple of days later, the car was removed from the lot because I was told there was an issue with the transmission. - A few weeks later, the dealership put the car back on the lot, stating that the issue was not related to the transmission but rather something minor that had been resolved. My mother received a call from ***** stating that the car is ready for sale again. Before finalizing the purchase, I was told that an oil change and emissions test had been completed, which further reassured me that the vehicle was ready to drive. - I purchased the vehicle on July 30, 2024, but I did not receive the title or the tag to the car until after the car had broken down. The tag receipt showed that the title was applied for on September 10, 2024, which was over a month after I purchased the car. A month after purchasing the car, I took it for an oil change. The technician found that the vehicle had over 8 quarts of oil in it when it should have had only up to 5. This caused engine leaks, and there is also concern about a possible transmission leak. The dealership salesperson, Yoshua, claimed that an oil change had been done. The technician also informed me that both cabin filters were in terrible condition and should have been replaced before the sale. - When I contacted your company after my car would not go into gear, ***** told my father that your company will pay half of the cost to get it fixed by one of your mechanics. But was told that they could not fix it until sometime in February 2025. My mother went to your company on February 13, 2025 and was told by the young lady that you are short two mechanics and cannot fix it now. Global Imports has not tried to resolve the problem. I am begging for a replacement.

Purchased a 2007 jeep from this company on July 1, 2024 paid $14,500 CASH. Tax, tag, title, dealer fees INCLUDED. As soon as I drove it off the lot it goes dead. My husband and I go to ****** auto parts 7 minutes from dealership. We think it needs a battery. Nope.. needs an alternator. We purchase it and husbands puts it in immediately in parking lot. I message the ******** page that sold it to me and told him the problem. On July 4th I messaged him again and told him my check engine light was now on. I asked when he can look and no response so I called several times no response. I messaged him again on July 11th that two more lights were now on and the car is not cranking. I look up the light and tell my husband. He resets it as instructed via ******* video. Its cranks up so we take it to dealership and tells him exactly what to fix. The throttle body sensor. ****** says they will split costs of repair. Nothing but the run around since!! My jeep is still there NOT fixed! The mechanic says $550 total. The dealership comes back and say oh its $1100. Trying to make me pay the entire $550 instead of $275. They wont even tell me whats going on before they said it needed a tune up. Now it wont crank at all then its something else! El Camino cars and global work hand in hand taking peoples money.
