    On July 7, 2025, I made a claim on my home warranty with ************** about a couple of drips and leaks that I was experiencing. On July 9th a plumber came out from Big Dawg Mechanical. The plumber who came out noted three separate problems in three separate areas. He did not try to fix any of them and stated he would turn them in and see what the warranty covers. He wrote that my sink and tub faucets needed to be replaced instead of repaired. Out of the three problems that he wrote up, none were covered. I feel as though that this company is price-gouging. Instead of naming small parts of the whole that may need to be replaced, they are naming replacing the whole part like faucets, tubs, etc. I suspect that they are working in cahoots with the warranty companies to possibly **** customers. They are receiving the $95 dollars fee for coming to your home and not doing any repairs. I suspect that they are also writing reports that they are aware that will not be covered by the warranty company. I feel that this company should be investigated.
