    Product purchased on 7/6 with rapid shipping7-11 no shipping info and customer service team had no details 7/14 requested cancellation and refund 7/26 no refund and customer service stated they are waiting on warehouse confirmation to proceed. The request was sent to the warehouse 2 weeks ago and no response 3 weeks after the order was placed we have no product and the refund process has not even started

    Ordered 2 items for ****** total.Receive one of the items within a few days,with no issues.Second item(window visors) were out of stock,and I wasn't notified.Called customer service NUMEROUS times,to either get my visors OR get my money refunded.All I get is excuses and promises of Contact from customer service.I either want my visors immediately!OR I want a refund.

    Placed order on july 15, was paid by ****** same day. **************** will not answer. I want to cancel due to poor updates. I read reviews online and business appears to be very low on customer service and communication. Have emailed twice and no response. I regret ordering.

    I ordered a bed liner from Husky over two weeks ago. Other than my order number, I have never heard back from them. When I try to contact them, I cannot get any information about my delivery. I have tried them on their chat without any success. My order number is: ******* If I do not get this resolved, I am filing a complaint with the ************************.

    I purchased Husky liners and a cargo mat from Husky liners online on 6/12/2025 and it was purchased under rapid ship. These items were supposed to be shipped the next day. I have contacted customer service several times, they connected me to the tracking department. They sent a message back to the warehouse. The warehouse has yet to respond to any messages. My order is still pending fulfillment. The first ***** I spoke to couldn't see any reason why they haven't shipped because there is no back order on these items. I have already been charged the ****** and still have no answers why my purchase has not shipped or even when it will ship. I think they falsely advertised the rapid shipping.

    I originally placed an order on 5/11/2025 and was told per website it would ship and I should receive by that following Monday. Nothing shipped I reached out to customer service and was told they would give me an update. An additional 3 weeks has passed almost and no update and when I reach out to customer service I can only get automated response that they will get back to me.

I was told the two front floor liners would be shipped by May 15. Ive sent several emails and Ive also communicated via social media. Ive received NO RESPONSE. Since they do not intend to respond or ship me what I have ordered, I would like a refund!

    Placed an order on 4/15/2025. Credit card was charged on same date for product to fit ***** Equinox. Never received an order number or confirmation or order. Still have not received the product. I have made numerous calls, emails, and even used the chat option. They take messages, but no one calls back. Chat person/bot disconnects prematurely. Still have had no response from this company.

    I am rejecting this response because:  I would like an immediate credit for this order.   You charged me a month ago, so basically, you have been making interest on my money.  A request for cancellation of this order was made on 4/30/2025.  Email was sent to ****************************** @16:51 hours.  It is unfortunate and unacceptable that the only way to communicate with this company is through the BBB.  I shouldn't have to wait for their finance department to review this.

    Bought a new car, made order through husky floor liners on 3/29 to get new mats for entire car. It was a 3 part order, i only received one. Contacted company multiple times through phone/email/live chat/social media and unable to resolve issue. They took my money and will not provide answers as to why my order has not been delivered. Have been told on multiple occasions that i would be contacted but have yet to hear anything
