            Company performed a home inspection and failed to identify multiple issues with the house which required us to make unexpected repairs in the tens of thousands of dollars range. All attempts to get the company to resolve the issues go unaddressed.

            If I could give this company no stars I would. We used this company at the recommendation of our realtors. I would warn anyone that is thinking of using them not to if they want an accurate and complete home inspection as they were a total waste of $850 which we could have used to repair some of the things that they failed to note. Some more serious than others but if they had done their job it might of stopped us from buying our home or at least given us something to go back and negotiate with. I have called Trademark Home Inspection owner, ***********************, and made him aware of the multiple things his inspector missed , and was promised he would pull the review and get back with me as he was not in the office. As of this date I have never heard back from him despite me sending him emails and texts.
