              Lawn mower purchased from their store was brought to them 4/12/2021. Asked for oil change and tune-up (basic service) and to correct blade control cable. Repair Authorization Form set a limit of between $30-150. 5/10/2021 returned to pick up mower and was charged $149.21 with blades changed and carburetor replaced which I did not authorize. Went to start the mower and it DID NOT START after attendant tried with the choke in several positions and then myself with the choke in every position. Went inside to request it to be repaired correctly and was told it would be several weeks before they could look at it. I expected a reasonable $70-80 but instead was double with unauthorized work performed. Making unauthorized repairs happened to me before with Ace Hardware on Lawrenceville Highway over 10 years ago and now again. This mower started fine and the blades were fine and the carburetor simply needed to be cleaned. I called the store manager about this and will only speak w/ him.

              I purchased a natural gas fired grill here on Saturday 8/21. They assured me that they would deliver the grill and install it this week. I completely described what needed to be done to install the grill and they assured me it would be no problem. I received a call on Tuesday 8/24 telling me that my installation was too complicated and they would not be able to install my grill. They asked if I still wanted the grill and I said no. They said they would refund my purchase. As of today, 8/25 I have not seen a credit for my purchase on my credit card. I called the store today, and they said it would take 3 - 5 business days for them to credit my card. This is unacceptable. If I return merchandise to Home Depot, I can see the credit immediately. Now I have to wait until this credit shows up, assuming it ever does, before I can go shopping at another store. Poor poor poor customer service.
