    Upon completion, we noticed the far right cut has a different color / different stone than the rest of cuts and it is very noticeable. We paid $3847.05 on Oct 17, 2022.

    Dear Mrs *********, 

     During the time we discussed our business regarding the fabrication and installation of your porcelain kitchen backsplash we took great care on showing the remnant pieces that would be used for said work to you on three separate occasions. Especially on October 11th 2022 where you as well as your husband verified that the remnants that would be used for the project were to your full satisfaction. These remnant pieces would be used, as to lower the costs of the overall project. As such we moved forward with the fabrication on December 19th. On the 21st the job installation was finished.

    We also need highlight the fact that before our contractual relationship began you signed within our contract our terms and conditions of sale, inside of which, in clause 10 its clearly stated that Any factory second remnant installed and signed by a customer during installation close out is sold AS IS without warranty.

    On this reply we have attached a picture of the job completed were we it can be seen that the differences in color are slight and common as per any porcelain tile wether big or small. We also need to highlight that light can play a big factor in the perceived shades of color of slabs as it can be noticed on the absence of light on the right corner of the kitchen.
