I put my *** ***** to be serviced 03/22/23. I was called two days later and was very excited to hear from ****** that the warranty would cover. I asked how much it would be and he said $830 on total because they would put new hoses and belts on. I called every other week to check in, while also giving him a heads up that I hadnt received an email estimate that he said he was sending. Its now April 26th and I called to check in cause its been a couple weeks, well the *** was taken over and is now *************************** of *********. ****** said the person who was over my car moved departments and more less I fell between the cracks. I became confused as Id only talked to ******. He proceeds to explain warranty wont cover, even though he verified all of those things I just said he had told me before. I became tongue tied and confused, speaking out loud. He said no you dont get it, have a nice day and come pick up your car. I the. Spoke to ******** who was pleasant voiced but had absolutely no cat about what ****** had said. It turns out my car has been setting *****, never been touched even though I was told 4 weeks ago that parts were ordered. I guess *****s nothing I can do. People just dont care for one another these days. So even with me laying out of pocket, they were never working on my car
