    I had worked with Precision Doors and we had picked out a door and I was ready to go. I then went to financing as I didn't have the 4800 on hand. I thought everything was fine and then was told I had to do a 1200-dollar deposit as that was your policy. I said I thought that was ridiculous and didn't have 1200 dollars to spend on that and that was the whole point of me making payments. I told whoever I talked to forget it and I would just wait and look somewhere else. A month ago, we went to look at everything as we were going to make a purchase and noticed our credit had dropped about 100 points due to late payments to ********. I called the bank and asked what this was about. They informed me that it was due to the garage door that I had installed and I had never made any payments. I explained that I never had it installed and they seemed shocked because they Precision Doors never returned the check which they should've done in this scenario. They also asked why I hadn't gone through with it and I explained about the 1200 dollars and they said that makes no sense because they cut Precision Doors a check for everything so there was no need for a 1200 dollar down payment. **** the manager said he would email me multiple times but refuses to respond to any of my emails and texts after I told him I would only correspond this way as I wanted everything in writing for my records. He says he will only talk on the phone but when I call I end up talking to someone else and he conveniently is never available. Enerbank told me both times I spoke with them that Precision Doors needs to return the check and then they can delete the late payment and my credit can be restored. This is all I'm asking for and nothing more and I'm not sure why this is so difficult of a request. My credit score has dropped 100 points due to these late payments and other financial institutions drastically decreasing our available credit due to these late payments being on our record
