  Ordered blinds for my sunroom. I was a little nervous ordering because the windows were a little odd shaped. I knew nothing about this company, so I ordered only 2 to begin. They were absolutely perfect. I then ordered the other 4. Again perfect. The second set of valences were not quite right, so I reached out and they were as nice as could be, and made it right. I would highly recommend this company.

  Excellent customer care and top of the line USA products. I didnt measure my valance returns correctly and they replaced them for me quickly and perfectly. TailorView offers several colors of valances, reasonably priced, made to last and elegant looking. Most important to the customer who needs valances for vertical blinds, like me, they will customize returns up to 6 inches. Most companies dont offer this. Everything about this family-owned company demonstrates deep appreciation for their customers. Highly recommended.

  Simply outstanding. I ordered some pretty expensive blinds from TailorView and it was my fault the color was wrong. They discussed with me and at no charge to me remade them out of pocket. My second order with TailorView took place because i was so pleased with the wonderful customer service and product that i received in my first order. The second set of blinds was a little wide for the window, again my error in measuring. They cut the blinds to the correct width free of charge. Both sets of blinds are stunningly beautiful, and the level of customer service, kindness and support i have received from this company is simply outstanding. I've never had a business go so far to make a customer happy, and be so courteous, even though i was not an easy customer. I cannot say enough good about them. In fact, I've recommended this business to my parents and three close friends since my second order and if i need blinds again in the future, i will be back for a third order.

  We had a problem with the blind we bought from Tailor View.On contacting ******* in customer services, a replacement was sent within 24 hours.This was amazing service.******* in my opinion is a great asset to the company.I would definitely by from this company again.

  Excellent service! From the assistance in measuring for the initial order, the provision of a sample, video assistance with installation problem and follow up check to ensure it went well, the service was exemplary. Certainly uncommon these days!
