    I paid my bill on 1/13/24 but it was due 1/10/24. I spoke to a man who said late fee would be waived because I was a good customer. Yesterday I got an email stating my balance due was $60. I called them again and they wont waive anything even though i called and they are changing me 2 late fees for ******* and February. Please help me. I get paid $20/hr. I always pay my bills on time. You can check my credit history.

    I had to get two cards for some reason. I tried to my initial purchase online the same day I got the card and the card would not go through. I tried for hours!!! I couldnt get my % off and couldnt even get my order to go through until the next day. I didnt have time to call about it as I have three children and lost sleep trying to get the card to work! Then I go to the store to use the card and it declined!! So she said try to open a card again cause some people have been having luck with that. I did open a second card and did get my % off for that purchase so I was happyish. Then I keep making payments and they keep getting declined!! I have interest on a card I tried to pay twice!! Not I y that but one getting two Statments in the mail smwirh two different amounts! My latest statement says I owe ****** and another says I owe ******?!! And I cant even use my card because my payments have been returned. Dont need cc anyway! Bye carters!
