    I bought a 2023 Nissan rogue SV-AWD from Nissan of Athens on 05/17/25 and I looked at the car in person and there were no check engine light on or messages on the dashboard.Week one of owning the vehicle a CVT malfunction came up on the dashboard which I looked up on the internet on what could cause the problem. The reason that can cause the malfunction is when a drink was spilled on the gear shifter to cause it to stick and can delay putting the car into drive, reverse etc. I took the car to Nissan of Athens on 05/31/25 to put it under powertrain warranty which I got when I bought the car to replace the gear shifter , I had to pay $150.00 for a diagnostics scan and they told me I would have to pay $1600.00 to fix it they said they would call me on 06/02/25 to see if they can put it under powertrain warranty which the gear shifter is part of the powertrain, they never called me that day so I had to call them on 06/04/25 @ 12:58 and asked for the service department manager and spoke with ****** ****** and he told me the policy only covered lubricated parts but they never gave me paperwork for the policy the day I got the car. Week two of owning the car the check engine light came on, on 06/04/25 @ 4:14PM and a code P07E9 which is a transmission range sensor and its part of the transmission. It seems like they cleared all of the codes without fixing them before selling the car to me, Im very dissatisfied with the business and would like to return the car and get all of my money back through the financing company which is through *** auto, and Nissan of Athens.********* *****.

    We bought a ***** Traverse from Athens Nissan. We also bought the extended warranty from the dealership. Guess What???? We now have a transmission issue that the warranty company is refusing to cover. They are stating that there was a light that came on and we did not get the car in to be looked at in time. IT WAS THE NEXT DAY!!!! And we have documentation proving that we had that looked at previously at a ***** dealership and there was no issue with the transmission at that time, it was a sensor, but when it came on again, we went straight to the dealership. Athens Nissan sold us a very expensive extended warranty that now that we need it , its worthless. Now we have a car payment on a car WE CANT DRIVE

    On April 20, 2024 I purchased a 2021 Nissan Altima from the Nissan of Athens. By the time I made it to the next city over (Monroe) a camera sensor came on & I thought okay maybe its because the car had been sitting; then I started to hear like a clicking or popping noise when I stopped or was coming to a stop I said ok this car has issues already; I knew that I was going to be contacted about the purchase as it was mentioned numerous times and Ive bought cars before. I received a email that asked about my experience and I voiced my concerns about issues above and also advised there were a ton of scratches on the car that I believe couldve easily been buffed out had they not rushed to get me in the car same day (which was not a requirement) a few days went by & ****** who is the sales manager called and said he would make it right every issue just bring it in ; May 9th took the car in absolutely nothing was done advised they couldnt figure out why the sensors was on & that the sound is just break dust ; as for the paint the tech wasnt in so theyd get back with me. Took the car again 6/3 same concerns sat there for hours and again nothing was done only this time the mechanic advised the sensor is on because one of the scratches that I already complained about is actually a *********** near the sensor ; appointment setters or whatever he was said oh I cant clear that to be fixed so itll have to be ran by ******. A little after that visit a ******* reached out 6/8 & I explained all this same stuff and she apologized & said she would get with ****** so that we could get all these issues seen about once & for all & here it is 6/28 & I havent heard a peep. Its common sense to know if they check the ************** not the issue to check something else &mechanic told me out his own mouth theyve only told us to check brakes when I mentioned bearings axle etc ; the paint damage is from careless detailing which also caused a hair line crack near sensor

    Purchased a used car that was completely misrepresented and now there are issues and no one will even return my call and this is after being told I would be called back. And before this call, I was hung up on.

    On Saturday May 11, 2024, I and my son *************************** found an advertising on CarGurus website about the 2024 Nissan Rouge SL for sale with the price of $34,013 (VIN *****************), Stock # C721203. I called and talked to a sale person names ********************* and asked him to give me an Out Of The Door Pricing. He agreed to it and later send me a message at 3:02PM and gave me the out of the door price of $37,614 which included tax, title, registration fees. I then told him that I would come the next day to purchase the vehicle. We came to the dealership the following day (Sunday May, 12,2024) before the open time (around 11:30AM) and met with *****, he took us for a test drive and my son really loved it. Then we came to *****'s office to get ready to do the paper works, ***** came to talk to the manager and then came out and said that he had made a mistake about the price he gave to us and said that the manager wanted to fire him for that mistake, and he does not want to honor the price he had given us the day before. Instead he told us the new price would be $39,503 which is $1889 more than their original offer and told us to take it or leave it. We were very upset about this, specially my son. He thought that he can drive that vehicle home without any problem. I and my son left the dealer without a new vehicle. My son was in a great emotional distress. We later found out that they had changed their add on Cargurus website from $34,013 to $35,902 after they made the original offer to us. This is really not fair for us! We drove one hour to this dealer only to find out that they had cheated on us. We just want them to honor their words. But this does not seem to be the case. Thank you for the opportunity to post this on the Better Business Bureau to let people how we were treated at this dealership and hope that they can change their behavior to treat their customer better.

    On 2/27/24 I was told I could place a refundable payment towards the down payment of a used car. I made a $5000 refundable down payment, again, with multiple employees (*********************** and *****************************) reminding me it was simply to hold the car. After over 8 hours of attempting to collect my deposit, I was told on 2/27/2024 that they did not accept refundable deposit and that the Bill of Sale I signed was final. They claim they cannot refund me as I own the car! yet, the contract includes my Father as a co-buyer who never signed, I never initialed for accepting delivery, it has my wrong address listed, and it says I paid $15,000 when I only paid $5,000. Therefore, if the car was mine, why can I not drive it off the lot today?

    January 2023 Purchased brand new Nissan Pathfinder. The car had issues with transmission and also cutting off randomly. Took it in. Presumably fixed. Continued to have issues. Dangerous situation. Had to be towed to dealership. Was told nothing wrong with car - that we must have been trying to start it with drivers door open. Never heard of that being an issue, besides the fact that that had not been the case. Got the car back and two days later my wife stranded and once again called tow truck. This time was told that they werent sure what the issue was and it could not be fixed. Come in and swap car for another - take it in as trade in. Car was 9 months old.At dealership, wife totally taken advantage of. Trade in for lemon car was way under valued. Salesperson up-sold her to more expensive vehicle, brand new Armada. First bill came and the 60K car had been sold to her for 89K. Upon looking at paperwork realized that expensive extended maintenance packages had been tacked on without her approval as well as other ridiculous fees such as $1600 for key change whatever that is. Multiple calls to dealership went unreturned. Resolved to seek professional advice for the situation but before could initiate that we noticed the next monthly invoice was twice the already exorbitant fee. They are charging for both cars as if still owned the first one! - the lemon Pathfinder. Wife is embarrassed and extremely upset but upon researching it is clear that this dealership has multiple complaints across the board. About to seek legal counsel before next attempts to communicate with the dealership.

    Im December of 2022 my husband and I went to Nissan of Athens to purchase a truck they had two for us to choose from the agreement was for us to pay six(6) payments of $918 then the payments would be refinanced to $438 a month we said that ********* since we were not making a down payment on the truck they proceeded to give us the card that I uploaded and tell us if the bank calls theyll them that the truck has all the amenities that the card has on it well that was the second lie they told us because we are now seven payments in at $918 and nowhere to turn to get the lowered and GM is not willing to refinance to help us out but they did say they would take the truck back as a repo or swap it on another vehicle if we could find one in the same price range as the truck

    I purchased a brand new 2021 Nissan Sentra from Nissan of Athens . They only gave me one set of keys when they were suppose to give me 2 sets I have been trying abs trying to get my other set of keys they will not give them up
