      Good morning, I am a tenant that resides at *** ********** *** I am having issues with the property manager sending someone out to fix my maintenance problems. Right now my kitchen faucet is laying over in my sink. Maintenance had to install a new one and he did not connect it correctly and it fell over. I put a service order in on June the 14th. They have ignored my complaint and took it off the service portal and never sent anyone out. I texted the property manager and told her about the issue, she told me to call the person that installed the faucet because I knew him personally. I told her that I had already did that and he told me to call it in because his shoulder was hurt. I have not heard from anyone yet. Also the pipes are rusted out. I don't know if they fixed that issue or not but Maintenance showed me a picture by accident how bad the pipes were rusted out. I also put a service order in because my bath tub had a slow leak since he worked on the kitchen faucet. The tub would fill up when taking a shower. No one has responded to that request either. I have been in that property since February this year and had not had a piece of mind since I have been there. I pay my rent on time every month $1325 plus the fee for using the portal. I have a issue once or twice every month. They was coming out to do the repairs, but I guess they are tired of it. It's not my fault, I'm tired of it too. I'm only trying to keep my standard of living decent. Please help, I don't know what else to do. This faucet is ridiculous, no one should have to live like this.

      At Letts Property Management we do attempt to resolve maintenance timely and it appears you have experienced a lapse in communication to effectively resolve this issue.  As of the time of this response, it appears that your kitchen faucet has been repaired for a second time.  As for the slow draining tub, we do encourage our residents to attempt to resolve minor items themselves, at the time this home was fully renovated there were no slow drain issues.  We do have a vendor assigned to the slow draining tub work order, please allow time for this non emergency work order to be resolved.  Anytime a work order is completed and the issue reoccurs, we encourage our residents to follow the process of submitting a maintenance request through the portal.
