    She filed taxes on the wrong company, refused to correct the issues, and then wanted me to pay $700 for her mistake. Her lack of communication, partnership, and unprofessional behavior are beyond unacceptable. I would NEVER recommend this level of incompetence.

    Messed up my companys books tremendously and then charged us thousands without ever answering the questions (repeatedly) about what the massive increase in billing was. I agree with the previous poster that there is likely some major underlying issue with the owner. You can find more competence at the drive-thru window of your local ********** Run from this company as fast as you can.

    The fact that both the owner and my former tax accountant have openly confessed to using painkillers is deeply concerning. While ****** initially displayed exceptional competence, I am now convinced that her addiction has significantly compromised her professional performance. As a result, I no longer have faith in ******'s ability to handle my financial matters.
