    I ordered a package with business supplies last month on the 11th. My package tracking did not update for two weeks. The tracking updated on May 20th saying the expected delivery date was May 22th. You can not call the company and speak with a representative or leave a voicemail. I sent an email to *** and still no response. My packages still have not been delivered.

    I ordered a dress that used this shipping partner and my package has not been sent forward to the **** shipper. I have been waiting for this package for over a month. I contacted customer service and was told it would process by the 20th as they received the package on the 19th the expected delivery was for the 18th. The representative was of absolutely no help at all. I have no clue when my package will actually arrive now and I am so upset as it was my custom dress for my wedding next week now I have to try to find an alternative replacement.

    OSM promises delivery within 5 days. they picked up my package on March 28. it is stuck 170 miles from my residence awaiting transfer to ***** It just seems a little ridiculous that I don't have it yet. In a sense, I paid THEM for shipping from the seller when I purchased the item they were hired to ship. My tracking number is: **********************

    My package ********************** is clearly lost . I filed a previous complaint but have had no response from OSM Worldwide ******* ** facility about this matter .

    I don't this this company is a shipping agency, but a fence or a scam. I've had three packages sent by three different retailers all stuck in limbo in the OSM Worldwide ****, ** facility for almost 3 weeks. Customer support is copy/pasted. Their online reviews show that this is the majority of customer's experiences.
