    The plumbing smells through our bathroom, management had a company come out and fix the leaking sewer on the front side of the hotel and it made our water turn completely brown. once the plumbing stopped smelling and leaking the hot water completely stopped getting hot. i cant go anywhere else because i paid the month up and ill have to deal until i pass away from dirty water in our pipes or the cold water showers in the middle of the winter. There is mold growing in my bathroom and sink area. there are **************** holding our air conditioning in place to keep the water from ruining our floors again and i cant properly clean if theres rocks blocking the way. the sink leaks have been fixed but the gnats are coming through the walls. also ALL the vending machines are fully stocked with no signs to indicate malfunctions. theres said to be a no refund policy but how is a business run off of scammed money under the false pretenses no refunds for anything. if the malfunction is there and the managers know they should be directly telling all guest and keeping them from accepting money until its fixed. its the same with the washroom. there are multiple occasions where they turn the power off without notice and the machine eats the money and theres no one to complain or even receive help because they stand on no refunds even if its their fault and we cant fix it ourselves. i have been paying a monthly fee because its better than the alternative prices the hotel offer, we paid our monthly for about 6 months and now they are saying because theres an extra week in November that our monthly wont count as a monthly itll end before the month of November ends. we continuously asked management to explain why the sudden change in monthly dates and if we can speak to the owner because thats not correct info being provided. we have been harassed for extra fees that shouldnt be on our room records. weve paid $900 plus an extra $275 for november alone
