I've been going to this office for about 4 years and I only go because they are the closest and the only one that accepts and provide the service needed in my area. I must say I am not pleased with them at all. I've dealt with inconsistence with my Childs medication and her mental status because of miscommunication and ball dropping. Then when you reach out they point fingers with an attitude instead of trying to fix the issue or improve service. I've had Dr's left with no warning just see them today and then tomorrow "Oh they are no longer here, we have to place you with another physician". Now my child has to go start from scratch because information from one person to the next somehow just go missing and they blame it on the system. I've had appointments for my child mental treatment and prescription called in that day but not authorized thru the physician and the pharmacy and I have been contacting the office for 3 weeks of trying to get my child's med filled, which has been affecting them emotional, physically and educationally. I've spoken with others who have had the same issue with this office but just deal with it. I will not stand around and allow them to play with my child mental status because this is a serious situation, which they know but don't seem to even care.
