      I went here trusting these people with my kids and I personal information to file my taxes. The lady told me my return was rejected because I was missing my 1095A form. I told her I was waiting on it to come in the mail. 2 weeks later I get notice that sometime in between that my tax return was submitted eit the missing information. So I called tax alliance and asked how did they obtain my 1095 I formation if I just got my 1095 form in the mail she replied that she called and got the information herself. So I asked her to amend my taxes because I would not want to proceed to file wit her and she threatened to come to my house and beat my a** and she threatened to use my personal information (as in social security numbers) against me so I can't file my taxes

      Ms. ****** has been a customer of ours for several years. 

      This year, Ms. ****** came in a filed her tax return, and received Pre-Acknowledgement Refund Advance Loan, as did the gentleman she brought with him, as he filed as well.

      Ms. ****** doesn't seem to comprehend that once you've done this, you have completed and filed your tax return with us. 

      The return was later rejected due to her Health Insurance Form not being attached to it. As her tax preparer, we were able to obtain the needed document and submit it.

      What Ms. ****** is trying to do, is follow a new trend in the Tax Industry, where clients go from one tax office to another, filing a return without a necessary document, receive a cash advance, then try to go to another tax office and file, thereby strealing funds from the first tax office, without wanting to return the funds.

      By law, we must retain the records of tax returns filed with us for 5 years.

      Ms. ****** then called our office several times, swearing at us, trying to cancel her return, after trying to file with another tax office, although she already filed and received funds from us, at Alliance Tax Service.

      Ms. ****** will receive her refund for this tax season when the *** starts disbursing refunds in the next couple of weeks. After that, we will no longer accept Ms. ****** as a client.

      We have been in business, serving The **** area for 12 years, and have not had a client complain about their refund, and have only had one other try to run off after receiving an advance loan.

      I am rejecting this response because: it wasn't even Sammy that filed me it was the lady and she used my social security number and name and date of birth to obtain information I was waiting on in the mail ......if my taxes are sitting and waiting on my paperwork that's cool. I don't know nothing bout a new trend. That advance can be put on my credit I can afford it. As a taxpayer my paperwork should have been left sitting in the office if you all didn't have everything needed to file. That didn't happen and once I seen that didn't happened....... Then yes I do not want you all filing me. I can work in a tax office and do taxes that don't mean just because I have someone's information to gone head and file they taxes.  No you comply wit your client.
