    If I could give this company no stars I would. I rented through Chris E*** started off ok as a Tentant until electrical fires and serious plumbing issues started to occur all of a sudden the Realtor Chris wanted to threaten me with an eviction after 3 months living there due to him not wanting to fix repairs. Also he will fix the repairs himself and make issues way worse, he also will over charge you for move out fees that does not even require the company to fix false repairs. I were told that the new Tentant's wanted to view property and was told i had to wake my kids up out there sleep in 20 degree weather to let them view house even after they looked at the parts of house throughout view process. So I were charged with 2 landlord refuses fee and several other fee's because I wouldn't wake my kids up and take them in cold weather to the store while they view the home without me being present. You will be charged for fees just so the Realtor can pocket money and don't do any repairs and re rent the house out less than 3 weeks if you charge some one over $3,000.00 worth of fees at least make it look like you did repairs. Also tommy owner of the company is aware and no one seems to care. I was given a 60 day notice to move and all because I asked for repairs to be done also the house is mildew and molded out from back up water over flow so they just paint over it. Just a amazing company to rent from right which left a women and * kids homeless. Just because its 5 star rating doesn't mean you will get 5 star service even when you pay your rent on time you will wait weeks to months asking for same repairs to get done because the band aid the repairs.

Our Company, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Executive Partners holds the highest expectations for property management. Along with those expectations comes the responsibility of the tenant to not only pay rents on time but to notify the property manager through our online portal of repair requests(so that not only the property manager is notified of the issues but also so the broker and the company admin can track timelines and for acknowledgement and repair times), both of which were not completed accordingly or in a timely manner. We are sorry you maintain that your service was not exceptional however, on numerous occasions you were contacted and followed up with phone calls and emails from not only our staff but our broker himself. We are aware of your other complaints noted and have addressed those with the property manager as well.
    It is the responsibility of the tenant to read and understand the lease prior to signing into any contractual agreement. The lease maintains all charges in writing as well as the terms and conditions. I would recommend and reference you back to the lease before claims of charges are made inaccurately.
