      Does not follow through with rules and regulations in lease, have different resolutions for certain people which is a far housing violation. Front office and corporate management stick together to intimidate, threaten etc if you seek help for filing complaints that you are within your legal rights to do.

      We acknowledge receipt of your complaint filed with the Better Business Bureau regarding the multiple complaints that you have submitted to multiple members of management within our company. All of the complaints submitted have been addressed appropriately and in alignment with our lease agreement.
      We take all complaints seriously and strive to ensure that our community is a welcoming and respectful environment for all residents.

      Regarding your concerns about racism and discriminatory treatment, we assure you that our company has a zero-tolerance policy for any form of discrimination. We are committed to upholding fair housing laws and regulations, and any allegations of discrimination are thoroughly investigated and addressed promptly.

      We understand that living in a shared community can sometimes lead to conflicts, and we encourage residents to bring any concerns to our attention so that we can work towards a resolution. Our goal is to foster a peaceful and harmonious living environment for all residents. However, when living in close proximity to others, there will be daily living noises that sometimes can be heard in other units. When these noises become excessive, action is taken.

      Please be assured that we treat all complaints with the utmost confidentiality and take appropriate actions to address any violations of lease agreements or community rules. Our priority is to ensure that all residents feel safe and respected within our community.
