I shooed the during the rain and found a **** ****** ***** ** . I was not allowed to drive it ?? Due to the weather. The biggest issues are factual . I got a call from the salesman he pressured me to complete the sale sooner than I believed was fair. I kept asking questions about the car and requested to take the SUV to the local ****** dealer for a thorough inspection and I was told that that is not allowed unless you are buying a new vehicle from them . The days after getting the car prompted me to send several emails asking why I hurried into the purchase without having the car checked by ****** . Jared offered to give me my money back if I could find another car but there were no cars within that price range available. I reported by day two that the car had to have been sold without the seller being truthful about the condition of the car . Only after purchase was I able to take the car to the ****** dealership for a full inspection two weeks after purchasing. I communicated to the GM that I was rushed into purchasing a car that was poorly maintained. I pointed out to them before leaving with the car that this vehicle clearly had been in a minor accident no revealed by the seller . I don’t believe that as the consumer the GM gave me a 100 percent ******* t in correcting the underlying serious issues. The sales manager informed me that they only make sure the cars start and stop properly. Due to the pressured calls on the day of sale . I wasn’t listened to or heard fully. I left there feeling misunderstood and ignored. The GM didn’t appear sincere about helping me find another car in the same class of vehicles and for comparable prices. I would have had to get worked up for a different car that I was told would be more expensive and outside my budget . Therefore I was forced to take the ****** ***** home even after I reported problems with the under carriage struts and alignment. They sold me a poorly maintained vehicle they usually sent to auction . Email/text

We offer certain vehicles for sale that are safety inspected and road worthy at a greatly reduced price for customers who are looking for inexpensive vehicles. We sell these vehicles AS-IS with no warranty and make full disclosure to the customer that these are AS-IS vehicles and that we will make no future repairs to them. This vehicle was sold AS-IS and this was made very clear to the customer prior to the sale. The customer was at our store at least twice during the sales process and did test drive the vehicle. After she purchased the vehicle, she contacted the manager, Jared G** and complained about the sunroof leaking. Even though the vehicle was sold AS-IS, Jared agreed to split the cost of the repair and took care of removing the stains from the headliner where the water had left marks. Weeks later she contacted Jared stating that she had taken the vehicle to a ****** store for a full inspection and complained that it was a poorly maintained car. Once again, this vehicle was sold AS-IS with no warranty or liability for any repairs by the dealer. We made these repairs outside of our AS-IS policy as a gesture of goodwill for the customer. When the customer made it clear that she was not satisfied at all with the vehicle, we went even further and offered to refund her money for the purchase. The customer refused our offer and demanded other repairs be made. As a result, we feel that we have gone above and beyond for this customer and now consider the matter closed. Thank you.

      Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because: I attempted to call Mr G** and he was very rude and untruthful about taking the cat back without giving me the opportunity to take the vehicle to the ****** dealership prior to purchase which had led ****** to recommend 890$ in maintenance charges due to the poor condition of the car when sold . I want to go through arbitration.

      Sincerely,
