    The room was nasty and had a stench of drugs, blood stains on one of the pillows and when we put it out the door and told them about it they took it and put in another room. We had disturbances all threw the night when people were knocking on the doors asking for crack and other drugs. The service was very nasty and disrespectful when asked for service about the room to start we were appointed a room and someone was already occupying the room and then wreaking of stench the man followed us to the office then telling someone on the curb side to go to his room knowing that they were high on something and couldn’t hardly walk. All that we’re asking was our money back from the room but was turned down and hung up on the phone when we called back about the situation and was hung up on continuously back to back
