    I let them in my house to do an estimate for a new system. My heat was working before they got here and then 3 days later it's not working I asked them to come and fix what they messed up. They came and try to charge me for a service they did not render. I'm going to take my business elsewhere I suggest you do the same they are scammers.

    Busby's is a company based on integrity and trust. According to our records, we were called in December for a no heat issue; however, that call was cancelled due to having another company install a part. On March *, 2025, we were called to give a proposal a new system due to the age and condition of the system. Our Comfort Consultant tool pictures of the current set-up of the system and ducts. During this process, we do not touch the system itself. On March 6, 2025, we received a phone call from the homeowner stating the woke up with no heat and we must turned something off during the proposal process. We explained that we could not have turned something off during that process but would come out to see what was wrong. Our technician found that capacitor on the blower motor had gone out. We quoted the cost to replace the part but the repair was declined. We suggested contacting the company that replaced the part in December. We have chosen not to do business at this home any longer.

    Kyle and Jo'el were the two men who came to my home and checked out two units yesterday .I have been a customer of Busbys for many years and have never been disappointed in the service I've gotten form them . This visit was no exception.
