    I went to Dr. O****’s office for **** ****** I had out of pocket expense, per insurance. Paid it. At visit Dr. O**** recommended I see Oral Surgeon. Was told once I get tooth removed, I can get refunded out of pocket expense back. Dr. O**** is great! Kind and has great customer service. However, his front staff is very rude and makes rude remarks. Once I got ** ***** *******, I called to let them know. The lady “West” was rude and saying they don’t have to give me my money back. It’s a courtesy. She hung up the phone in my face. She said that the dentist had ***** ** *** ****** and it would be after Jan **** I asked to speak to book keeper, she would not. I done everything they asked. Every time I call, it’s another step and the staff is rude. Except Dr O**** and *****

    We apologize for what feels like unnecessary and tedious steps in order to get your refund, however it is our policy to receive written confirmation from the treating dentist that the ***** ** ******* before dispersing reimbursement.  And yes, unfortunately, Dr. O**** was out of the office for *** ***** *** ** * ***** ** *** ****** which further delayed your refund.  The letter confirming the extraction has since arrived and this matter is now resolved.
