      I bought two beers and $10 worth of gas. I got to the pump and it did not work. I went back inside the store and she (the Manager) said that pump number 4 does not work and to use pump number 2. While I was moving my car to pump number 2, she walked out to me to tell me that the charge will be credited to my account and that I need to come back inside again to pay for pump number 2. So I politely left and went down the street to another gas station and got gas.

      I got home and immediately checked my account. There was no credit and the amount Super Express charged me was still on my statement. Then I went back up there. Keep in mind that I visit this store everyday for the past 15 years or so. I also used to the their IT guy for the store and the liquor store.

      As soon as I started to tell her that my account is still being charged, she pulls out a brown paper bag with a $10 bill in it and hands it to me. I asked what's this for and she said the gas. I told her I already gotten gas from down the street and I just want my account credited back. I don't want the $10. She refused so I asked her for her brother who I see everyday bc he knows I wouldn't be lying. That is when she tells me that she is the manager, take this $10 and don't return to the store anymore. Umm, I'm from here. Moved here in **** and never had problems with any store. She is the same person that has over charged me for items not knowing that I buy the same thing everyday.

      The whole situation seems illegal and I just want her to know that all people are not ignorant.

      If I don't get a response about this within the next week, then I will approach legal actions as well as my Fraternity.
