5 starsThis company is awesome. They installed my new windows and they were in and out before you know it. They cleaned up after everything was done. The windows are perfect and looks wonderful. I had the pleasure of meeting their sales team and with Brett C*******. Very nice and personable. He also gave me a large (heavy) container of pulled pork bbq which will last me for a whole week as promised. I will definitely go back to them for other home improvements. Thank you, guys!

1 starIf I could give less than one star I would. This company markets itself as 24 hour shower installation company. The actual installation will take less than 24 hours, however getting to the installation will take months. I contracted with them May 31 for two showers and as of today July 24th, I'm still waiting for my installation to be completed. I made several attempts to secure an installation date which went unanswered until I threatened to cancel the contract. Suddenly, I received an installation date for the very next week. Then I was told that the materials for the second shower were delayed from the manufacturer, which I now understand is a common practice. At this time, I have no idea when the materials will arrive. Each day I wait for a text message or phone call between 8AM and 9AM to find out if the materials have arrived at the warehouse. This company does beautiful work but their business practices make for an unpleasant experience overall.Southern Industries Home Improvements Atlanta

5 starsBreanna did a splendid job of identifying my preferences, making helpful suggestions and, ultimately, getting a potential installation ready for me to pull the trigger. I am slow to make decisions. She would have preferred, I assume, that I had reached a clear conclusion and gotten the ball rolling today. 4 starsSouthern Industries did an excellent work. The main issue I have was with the worker installing a double sliding shower door when my service contract clearly stated a semi-frameless single sliding door. Southern Industries tried to rectify the matter by offering me a modified contract giving me $****. After two weeks and a number of discussions with the salesman, Mr. JD D****, he was able to get the work completed as written in the contract.
I appreciate the efforts of Mr. J.D. D****.
I still do not understand how a clearly stated written contract can be ordered, planned and completed and no one is aware that the ordered or assigned shower door isn't the one the customer requested and paid for. Happy and Satisfied.Review fromDave F
