              BBB unable to locate business
              I purchased a $150.00 gift certificate for my husband's birthday on ******** We wanted to book a couple's massage as listed on their website but when I called to make the appointment they said they only had one person that could do massages at the time so I said I would call back. I just found out today, ******** that the business closed on ****** per their Facebook page. I have tried calling them and emailing them to see if I could get my money back but their phone number is no longer valid and their emails are being returned. First, I want to see if there's any way to get my money back but second, they need to take their website down so others don't pay for treatments and are stuck in the similar situation as I am. They won't respond to the Facebook messages from others who also purchased gift certificates that weren't used. I have tried to dispute through my bank but it's been after 90 days so there's no guarantee I will get the funds returned.
