      I took my car to Butler Automotive and they kept it for 2 weeks and when I got it the engine light was still on. They told me that it would be $1200 to correct the problem. I went to another shop and they fixed the problem for $300. This was including parts and labor. They told me my oil needs changing and I told them no it doesn’t because I just had it changed. They charged me $226 for a diagnostic test where other places were less. They are scammers.

      Butler Automotive had possession of my vehicle on 2 separate occasions. 2 days the first week and 5 days the second.
      My vehicle was brought in for front end violations on May 1, 2023.
      It was finished on May 2.
      I picked it up on the afternoon of May 3. After 2 minutes of driving it still vibrated.
      On May 4 morning, I called and reported the issue to Butler. I was told to bring it back on Monday, May 8,2023. I asked if there was a test drive after their repair. They said yes.
      On May 8, I returned my vehicle. I was told to take a test ride with the mechanic. In minutes, we both could feel vibrations. The mechanic told me the issues that he would check.
      On May 9, I received a call from Butler. They told me about an additional part. I said OK.
      On May 10, I called Butler and asked for a status report on my vehicle. They said it should be done by 3 - 4 PM. No calls from Butler that day.
      On May 11, I called Butler again. I was told that the part came late and repair should be finished by noon. No calls from Butler that day,
      On May 12, 2023, I called Butler again. My vehicle was on a test run, and would be ready soon.
      No other comments!
      So, I went and picked up my vehicle. I was told no charge this time, and a Manager would call me and explain why. He also said "Its Safe to Drive"
      The vehicle drives like a total vibrating wreck ! The Manager never called me.
      I flushed $882.52. down the toilet, and have to begin repairs again with a more credible business than this scam. As a Retired Army Officer, this ranks at the top of my Worst Vehicle Experiences ! Pathetic.
