    I called Davis appliance for refrigerator technician for help. They were very knowledgeable on the telephone. Claudia she sent one of her technicians to my house, which was Reese. He was very knowledgeable very courteous very well. Mannered I have never had anyone to come in my house as nice as this gentleman was, he showed respect he talked about what he was doing to the refrigerator. The knowledge that he had was so unbelievable. he is a very smart person. If I ever need any help, I would definitely call Davis appliance and talk to Claudia to get Reese to come back to service my appliances. He was the greatest appliance person that I have ever had. Thank you Reese and God bless. Hope to see you soon. Laughing out loud.

    I purchased a ** Hotpoint washer and dryer from this store on 10/29/24 and it was delivered by this store….now 7 months later the washer doesn’t work call store they said they can’t service this machine because I leave in ******* ***** ********. They should advise customers who purchase items from them that don’t service out of state purchases…

    I have recently purchased a bike from this company Davis appliance and furniture the bike has giving me problems since the first day taking it home I have had parts fall off that should be tourqed down to specific foot pounds and screws and bolts to the plastic have fallen out or not been put into place

    The dirt bike we sold **. ***** ********** was brand new, we sell our atvs as is with no warranty because of the potential for abuse of them, and clearly state that on the receipt and inform our customers of that before they make their purchase. We did repair the dirt bike for **. ***** at no charge as a courtesy. When **. ***** picked his dirt bike up he rode it home in the snow on the roadway even after he was informed it is not designed for road driving especially with ice on the roads. He called the next day and claimed the plastic was torn and the muffler was missing. we are sorry for any inconvenience and appreciate your business

    The worst customer service that I have ever encountered in my whole life!!!! They resold me the appliance that they removed from my house. They did a switcheroo!!! One issue after another. Davis Jr actually hung up the phone on me and told me to " never call him again!!! Unbelievable ! The most unprofessional act I've ever seen. The details are Unbelievable and horrific. I got screwed out of $800.00 . These people shouldn't be able to swindle anyone else again. I regret stepping foot in their establishment. I have warned all of my friends and associates. Totally unfair and SHADY- NEVER AGAIN !!! Negative 10 STARS from our household !!!!!
