  Scammers ! I was told i had to do a bond of 1785 to replace paying a deposit . Once i got to the property to pick up my keys I am told that I have to pay an additional 660 dollars to move in . I called repeatedly and asked if anything additional was due and i was told no ! Why would i have to pay a deposit. And a bond that’s more that first months rent . On top of rent being due on September 1st ! This is highway robbery

  I discovered holes in the baseboard in my master bedroom. I immediately wrote an email that Thursday along with photos of translucent like worms in the wall. I received an email asking the whereabouts of the holes. I did see pest control come in the apartment but he did not look everywhere. I wrote a follow up email asking about updates did not get a reply. I go to the office after work to find out because I did not say specifically where nothing was done. I was then told by apartment manager to spray ****** in the holes & that would hold them until next Friday. I previously ask 3 times for pest control I was told we will do it this time . I was stunned because termites could possibly causing structural damage but there was no sense of urgency. For 4 days I sent pictures & videos of the termites making their way out of the holes. It was impossible to sleep comfortably knowing this was happening. I had a medical emergency Tuesday at work that ended with a series of test & finally a heart monitor. I called the office & said I was not going to be uncomfortable when Im supposed to be recovering. Pest control did 1st treatment swarming started in the bedroom, bathroom, & closet. Emails & videos were sent with no follow up from office. I had to go to the office for any updates. I contacted corporate & spoke with someone who said they would report it to regional never heard anything back. I have damage done to my furniture due to nature of it **** said the landlord was responsible because this is apart of regular maintenance. I also asked carpet clean , baseboards replace(will do) compensation due to the stress & the negligence of the office staff & I still have yet to hear an apology. I was told my insurance covers your property & you are not getting anything because we treated the problem. I was home on bedrest & could recover comfortably due to the infestation, nonchalant attitudes with no consideration for my health & safety. 2 more treatments were done

  Ms. **** notified us of the termites. We contacted the pest control company who came and inspected. A contract was written and sent to corporate. It was signed a few days later and the date was set for them to treat. They have treated the apartment and the termites have been eliminated. Her carpet is scheduled to be cleaned 3/11/24 and we will replace any damaged baseboards involved.

  Lory of Augusta scammed me!! I lived there in 2018 and was out by the move out date. 3 years later they charged me for late rent just so they could keep my deposit. I followed up during the 3 years about it because I never received my deposit back. Once I talked to manager (Billye) she said she charged me because my key was not turned in before the office closed. Why charge me 3 years later?! I returned the key that day! Do not rent from here!!!!

  Resident had given notice to vacate, then canceled the notice. She then turned in keys on 12/2/19 which she was charged for December rent and termination fee for lack of notice to vacate. Balance owing was $685.12 and was sent to collections.

  That’s fraudulent!! I returned the key December 1, 2019! I called several times about my deposit and was never told my key was turned in too late. I gave my new address and was NEVER noticed. I have multiple emails from you Billye Wilson so why you didn’t email me about this? Because it’s fraud! I paid my rent on time every month yet you have me suffering for a late rental due to a fraudulent claim. You never notified me you should sent it to the credit bureau in 2022 when I moved out 2019! I never canceled the noticed I was on a month to month lease and told you I would be out by Dec 1st. You was mad I didn’t resign my lease that you emailed me in November 2019! Show documentation where you notified me that I owed for a late key return fraud!
