    Do not rent here. They will make promises to your face that they will never fulfill. When I moved in, the counters in the apartment were destroyed. They promised me within three weeks they would replace it. 6 months later and I'm still getting the run around. Any attempt to get it fixed is met with no help. The amenities in the apartment are falling apart, the pool has a unsecured pool light floating in it. It. There's trash everywhere and no maintenance is performed on the dog park, the tennis courts, the pool area, or the basketball court. Any attempt to leave the property is met with an astronomical buyout fee that is written into the contract, so they have no interest in trying to work with you. This is the worst experience I have ever had renting with any type of rental group. Avoid it all costs.
    Just to reiterate, do not believe anything they tell you about what they will do or when they will work with you. Get it in writing and make sure your lawyer looks over it.
