    On March 10th I ordered 3 of the Thing 1, 2 and 3 t-shirts for our upcoming cruise with our granddaughter. I was a bit skeptical after reading some of these negative reviews. I reached out via the contact us link on Southern Sisters Designs website to inquire how long I could expect it to take to receive as I needed them by March 29th. On 3/12 I received a communication back that my order status changed to shipped. I received my shirts today 3/15. The shirts were very high quality shirts and just as described, fast shipping. IMO this place is amazing and came through for me with a very tight deadline.

    Zero stars. It have been over a month and the item still says "awaiting fulfillment". I have emailed and received no response. Scam!!!!

    They might have decent prices, but what's the point if you never get the product(s) u actually ordered and got charged for. I ordered 2 simple t shirts with the *** logo, wanted some work shirts. Costs me around $20 for the two shirts and shipping (which they charge u for shipping too, even though they never actually ship you your order). Now it's only been 2-3 weeks since I've placed my order but I've tried emailing them and I can't even get a hold of anybody to talk to. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN FOR GOOD AND THEY SHOULD HAVE TO GO TO JAIL FOR STEALING PEOPLES MONEY!DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE, UNFORTUNATELY YOU'LL JUST LOSE THE MONEY AND TIME CAUSE THEY WILL JUST RIP YOU OFF!!!!

    Ordered a couple rings and never had issues so I decided to order a couple different pieces of clothing on March 6. I a few days before that I had ordered another ring and got it sent immediately after sending a message but no response. Now for the newest order they haven't even acknowledged me in any shape or form no matter how I send or try calling. At this point they shouldn't exist anymore with reading all the bad reviews

    Horrible! do not buy anything from this company be aware. No phone no to call and talk to any one at this company. The phone no for them was provided to me by my bank, it just let me leave a message and never, any one from this company ever called me back. No email address to send complains NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL! as i said horrible DO NOT BUY ANY THING FROM THEM!

    Company is a sham, never will I order again, shishsters! Never sent what I ordered even tho the page said it would be shipped within 5 days of ordering, NEVER gave a tracking number...tried to call, voicemail full, emailed them 4 times, they never got back to me...I canceled my order before they took money out...I called my bank to notify them if they try to git money it's fraudulent

    I ordered Zincplex Scalp Acne Shampoo and Lotion Kit... reviews and explanation of product looked normal and safe, although I expected a conditioner, not a lotion. I did receive it in a timely manner from Southern Sisters and was charged correctly. HOWEVER, the bottle of Zincplex said to always spot check hair first. The application and the process of shampooing is not normal... use a washcloth, leave on for 5 minutes, etc. Obviously, not what I expected. I called the ***** number on the bottle to ask what is in the shampoo that would require spot testing first. The person who answered could NOT answer my question but went on to say that he was sending me, as a customer, a $100 value card in the mail... he could see my phone number on his I.D. and had my address. He then asked for my credit or debit card to pay a handling charge of $2.95. Of course, I did NOT give that information to him. There is definitely something fishy going on with this particular product. I'd like to return the product since I could not get a straight answer, but unable at this time to reach Southern Sisters by phone... box is full. DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT.

    Place to order with them on October 3rd they took the money right out order status says awaiting fulfillment have emailed seven times have called the phone number and voicemail is always filled so pretty much I'm out of the money and no merchandise do not order from them they are a rip off they just take your money and that's it
