    I placed my order on Oct.20th and paid for expedited shipping. After over a month of not receiving the product I reached out and requested to refunded the fee which I was. They told me the order was on back fill however I had not been told until I reached out to complain. Shortly after this interaction my order was suddenly available and ready to ship. It sat for a week showing it had not been sent to *** for pick up. When I reached out again this time requesting a cancelation and refund, suddenly my package was shipped out. I stated then that I would like to return the item. Since then I have not heard from anyone in the business to get this done. They are highly unprofessional and I no longer wish to do business and will not. I also do not want to use their product and would like to return it.

    I ordered 2 products worth $55.38. Including shipping I noticed the shipping says it should be shipped within 3-4 business days. And I noticed that my package was never sent to ***** I contacted the store and I got no response. I then contacted the robot on their website and it said my order number does not exist. Then I commented under the websites instagram page and they deleted my comments and ignored me. Then I found the CEOs page and I asked where are my products she then blocked me. I dont think shes gonna send them and Im sure I just got scammed by a multi million dollar business.

    I placed a offer with this merchant on April 15 2024 totaling up to $56.99 for the gain liquid formula and capsules bundle deal I received a email with a order number & processing time but I never received a email with a tracking number. I used shop pay to complete the purchase the order still says order placed with no new shipment update. Ive emailed the email on the website about this if tried calling the number in the email and *** also reached out on social media about the order and no response I disputed the order with my bank they have been denying the claim for the past month for a ********** have not received any goods from this purchase.

    On April 17th i made a purchase for nutrithick pills and paid $41.00 and still didnt receive my package. Ive even emailed and called and got no answer.

    On March 17th I ordered a bundle of vitamin syrup and vitamin pills. I received an email confirming my order and it stated Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days; however, there may be a delay during periods of high demand, such as sales and peak seasons. On March 21st I sent a email asking for an update, since it was out of the processing window. I received no correspondence. In March 25th I sent a chat through their official website trying to get more information regarding if its peak season, an automated response said it was offline. I attempted to call both phone numbers listed on their website, one is disconnected the other is a personal number with no one answering.On March 28th and 29th I left a comment on instagram official page under a previous post asking for an update on my order. By this time I am beyond upset because I thought this was a legit company and for health reasons I really needed their product. But no one has responded. I dm via instagram on March 25th no response. I sent an emails on March 30th and the company blocked my email. This is a poor business practice and is unacceptable to literally punish your customers for seeking clarity and information that wasnt provided initially. There was and currently still no indicator that the items are backordered or its in peak season or that there is a issue with the order. Today April 2nd I see the company has responded to a reply on their ********* post but simply hasnt responded to mine. Acknowledgement of your customers concerns goes along way in creating a overall successful and sustainable business.

    Aug 26: Order #****** Total paid $172.96 ( Bundle x2= $135.98, Meal Guide = $9.99, Vitamin Liquid=$26.99)9/5: Received email stating order is on the way 9/18: Picked up box from post office.9/19: Opened package and notice that I am missing a bundle. Took pictures of inside of package with items, outside label and contacted the company via email. Received a response back stating it was being sent up to "upper management. Please allow us 48 hours to look into this."9/21: *************** asking for update.9/22:*************** again. Asking for my missing items or for a refund. Received response stating they are "waiting for word back from our manufacturer."9/26: *************** asking for update of when items will be shipped or a refund.9/28: *************** again asking for refund and if there was someone else I could speak with. Received response back stating "We will be sending you your other bundle...You will receive your tracking number via email after it has been packaged and ready to ship...shipping and processing times may vary and estimated time frames may not be guaranteed."10/10: Still have not received an emailed with the tracking. *************** stating that it will be a month next week that I initially reported the issue and at this point I would like a refund.     Hi there. In response to ****************, this is her second purchase from us, and we appreciate her business. However, both orders were flagged as potentially fraudulent which caused ** to delay in processing her claim. As a business, we know the importance of protecting ourselves from bad actors and take every precaution to do so. **************** still received her replacement, and soon after, not only did she submit a chargeback but made a BBB claim as well. We take these matters seriously, and have done everything correctly to rectify this issue. In addition, we have provided a screenshot of the order history which shows both orders flagged as fraud.

    I purchased two products from this company. The products was a bundle, 1 bottle of weight gain pills and 1 bottle of syrup. I purchased this on March 29,2023. The package was delivered on April 20,2023. Once I opened the package, I quickly noticed that I only received the bottle of pills. I reached out to the company who stated that the weight gain syrup was the back order and to please wait till April 21 for the syrup to be shipped out. Ive been waiting ever since! Ive called and no one has ever answered the phone. *** reached out via Instagram just from them to keep saying they will ship out the order. I would like at least half of my money of the order which was $60.68.

    We see that you have been a repeat customer, thank you. After reading your complaint we investigated the situation and it shows that we re-processed your replacement shipment on April 26 after you initially contacted us about the missing item (refer to screenshot where you have 2 different tracking numbers). It appears the package was lost and did not arrive to ***** even after postage was paid. It's something that rarely happens but definitely is possible. You only sent us one email which was in March and we were never aware of a replacement not delivering successfully at that time. I also see that we corrected this and reshipped the missing item which recently arrived on July 8. We are not sure why you chose this route, our customer support team was in recent communication with you to fix it. You also placed another recent order with us on July 3, 2023 which shows you still trust our business. We hope this has resolved your complaint and we welcome you again as a customer.

    I made a purchase from this company on April 10, 2023 in the amount of *****. This companys site stated that shipping was 3-4 business days. On April 18, 2023, I reached out to the company because I had not heard anything in regards to my order. I was emailed back and told that the issue was out of their hands and they were having unforeseen warehouse issues. There was no indication on the site that the item I ordered was out of stock or that it would not ship within the time frame noted. I was told that all sales are final and I could not receive a refund. One week later, April 25th, I reached out to the company again because my item still had not shipped. I also advised the company I would be reaching out to my bank in regards to this matter because I felt it was unfair to me as a customer that a website states one shipping time frame and we were well out of that range and my items still had not shipped. There was also no mention of this on the website so I felt as a customer I had been lied to. On April 25th, I received an email from the company stating that the warehouse issue had been resolved and my item would be shipped the next day. The following day APRIL 26th, I received a tracking number. Everyday up until May 16th, the tracking number stated that **** was awaiting the package. I am yet to receive my package from this company.

    We have received your complaint and further investigated this matter, which seemed to have been handled via email from our customer support team. We  alerted you on April 19, ********************************************************************************** our warehouse which affected our liquid supplement bottles. Unfortunately, it did delay thousands of orders. Our support team was very prompt with replying to you and made sure it was shipped out. Contrary to the statement above, your package was successfully delivered on May 18 and you were notified of that delivery via email. On June 1 2023 (weeks after receiving your order) you submitted a chargeback to your bank, in an attempt to defraud our company. It is still currently under review. July 6 we were notified by BBB that you filed a complaint. We are a very transparent company that stays open and honest even when we have dropped the ball. However, we would like to make it clear that we apologized for the delay and resolved the matter via email, ensuring your products were delivered as promised. Attempting to falsely narrate and inaccurately claim to have never received your order on a public business platform is unacceptable. We hope that your issue was resolved, as we have done our best to provide support to you. Hopefully we will earn your business again in the near future
