    I contacted Peachtree Bariatrics in the interest of getting a gastric sleeve. We met for a physical, they outlined the process and gave me a list of subsequent appointments. But they never sent me links to confirm or attend these other appointments. Repeated calls to get information about billing and appointments generally go straight to voicemail and on the rare occasion when I was able to talk to somebody, they would promise a call back that we NEVER received. We have since found a more reliable provider and cut ties with Peachtree, but are unable to get our medical records to prevent having to pay for examinations that were already done, nor can we get or access billing information to pay for co-pays that our insurance company says we owe or get receipts to submit to our HSA. We've called on 1/20, 1/26, 1/30, 2/6 and several other times before I started recording dates. 0 returned calls.

    I am rejecting this response because: The claim is that I was sent this information prior to contacting BBB which I had not. The claim that attempts were made to contact me is false. My phone shows no messages nor my email. I did receive these files after contacting BBB but not before. These documents are sufficient for my needs. But the claims of having provided them prior to BBB involvement are dishonest.
