    Date: 06/02/23 Amount: $1,312.82 Invoice #******* The business committed to provide a wedding gown and head piece. The nature of dispute: The business abruptly closed and did not notify me. I purchased a wedding gown and head piece that was to be ordered and delivered to the store. I have not received the items although Ive paid for the head piece and half of the wedding gown. I am unable to contact anyone in the business with numbers listed. The business shows permanently closed online with news articles detailing its abrupt closure and bankruptcy.

    On 07/22/2023 I put a deposit down in the amount of $1555.00 for a wedding dress. On 08/08/2023 I received a voicemail from my bridal consultation stating that she had received an email saying that they would not be getting paid that the business is closed, they no longer have a job, my dress would not be coming in and all monies are lost and if I could dispute the charges with my bank please do so immediately.

    I am submitting this complaint on behalf of my daughter who is the bride. In addition, I made all the purchases with my credit card and therefore am looking to ensure we get my daughter's paid in full wedding gown back or a full refund. Details:Transaction dates: 8/5/23 paid alterations of $400, 6/22/22 paid final balance of dress $697.92 and paid initial down payment of dress on 3/9/22 $703.00 Amount of money I paid the business:$1800.92 What the business committed to provide to my daughter and I: A wedding dress that after it was fully paid off, which it had been since June 2022, we could get alterations scheduled 8 weeks before the wedding. Daughter came in on August 5, 2023 to get dressed prepped for alterations and paid for the charges with my credit card, I authorized it, I was on the telephone with representative and she processed.What is nature of dispute: Anya ********************** closed and shut down their store quickly without notice on 8/7/23. We have not been able to contact anyone from that company. Has business tried to resolve problem: We have tried contacting the company August ****, 2023 calling the store over 30 times and getting their voice mail. sending email on their website. contacting news anchor who broke the store, ***************** to see if he could offer more on how we could contact anyone, but still no luck.#******* found on receipt, doesn't say account number but it isn't any number I know of for anything else.Overall, Anya ********************** in Georgia has closed doors out of the blue and left many brides without options. My daughter gown is paid in full and we don't deserve to be left without a gown 4 weeks before a wedding when we know the gown is in the building there. Please help us out.

    I purchased my wedding dress from Anya *********************** Initial Deposit transaction date, 02/26/2023 in the amount of $1,760.82.Two transactions were made to pay remaining balance on the date of 07/10/2023 in the amount of $1,685.85 and $660.00 This was full payment for my dress and alterations which also needed to be paid upfront. I have not received my dress. Ive called the store and left a voicemail , reached out to corporate via email, tried looking up any other numbers or information I could, went to the store and the lights were off with a note in the window saying they were permanently closed. No call backs, no answers to my email, No communication from Anya *********************** My wedding is on 9/9/2023, I have no dress and I want a refund.

    I recently ordered my wedding gown from Anya ********************** on 6/24/2023. I paid a down payment of over $800, and was told that my gown was ordered and had an expected arrival date of November 2023. Now it has come to light that the business has abruptly closed down and has not sent anything in regards of a refund or my gown, even though my wedding is in January of ****. I have attempted to contact the store via landline multiple times with negative contact. I want to report this now so that there is a record of this happening. I'd like a full refund for the money I paid so that I can purchase a gown elsewhere.

    Anya ********************** has abruptly closed ******** in Georgia. I paid for a veil almost $500 and never received it. The store still has this and Im requesting either a refund or the merchandise.We also had the groomsmen pay for their tuxes at Savvi formal. We need a refund for all charges made.

    I bought a dress ******************************** on March 18th. The credit card charges were processed March 25th for almost $2,000. I am now reading an article stating that their business has shut down (included below) but I was not made aware by any of the staff that they were closing. My dress was scheduled to be shipped to their store location by mid August.
