  I had been browsing Swiss Watch Expo's inventory for a while, hoping to find the perfect midsize Omega Seamaster, and when they finally got one in, I jumped at the opportunity! I immediately called to see if I could come down to their showroom to check out the watch. I was connected with Ro, the salesman, who was incredibly helpful. He scheduled my appointment right away and made sure I was able to see the watch as soon as *********** was honest and transparent, letting me know the watch was in pristine condition, and I can confirm it absolutely was. The moment I laid eyes on it, I knew it was the one for me. Ro made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable from start to finish. Thanks, **, for providing a five-star experience. Ill definitely be back for my next timepiece!

  I seriously wanted to start this review by chastizing the Rolex Authorided Dealers (AD) whith whom I've had the misfortune of having endured over the past year. However, had it not been for their (AD) arogance, ineptitude, and absolute lack of customer service I would never have ventured online and into the used/gray market world of watches with five digit price tags. After much research, I eventually selected Swiss Expo Watches due to the reviews and selection. I called and was transfered to an extremely professional and knowledgeable representative named *****, who assisted me through the selection and purchasing process, patiently answering any and all questions that I had. This was on the afternoon of 09 July (wednesday) and she informed me that I would have the watch on Monday 14 July. The Watch ordered was a Rolex Datejust 31 mm (******) Steel ***************************** ***** had informed me that the watch was in excellent condition, as good as new. I smiled to myself thinking "yeah sure", after all it was used. On receipt, I was shocked! ***** had lied! This watch is flawless and better than most I have seen in a showcase at the AD. I only wished it would have had all the original documents and extra links, but those can all be procured separately. Great job ***** and SWE, keep it up!

  Id been searching for a specific Panerai watch model for about a month. I was having difficulty finding one in the condition I wanted. I stumbled across Swiss Watch Expo, called them and was hooked up with *******. ******* had two examples in stock. He pulled them and we went through a lengthy inspection process over the phone. ******* was forthright in describing the watches and shared his opinion on which was the better buy. I purchased the one he recommended and it arrived the next day. The watch exceeded my expectations, its in fantastic condition. The entire process was easy and drama free. Im very pleased with the entire transaction and would buy from ******* again.

  Dealing with Swiss Watch Expo was an amazing experience. The deal that we made was a trade one Rolex for another. At first I was skeptical trading knowing what my first watch value was and not wanting to haggle over the trade in value. Well, they were very honest with their trade in value. The Rolex Datejust 36 ************ that they sent me was exquisite, just like new even though it is 15 years old. Both Vald and ******* *. were very friendly and helpful over the phone and above all honest and made me feel at ease making the transaction. Swiss Watch Expo sells quality watches and are honest and trustworthy. You will have no problems buying or trading with them.

  I had a beautiful experience dealing with SWE. I traded a gold 40mm Rolex Day Date for 2 watches. The evaluation they gave me for my watch was super fair and I also compared it with several other shops. The watches I liked to trade with arrived safely the following day. They were exactly in the same conditions of the pictures, they also included appraisals for both watches free of charge, that made my insurance process much easier. I typically pay $100 for an appraisal for a watch at my local watch shop.I will definitely do more business with them. ******* was super nice and helpful and made the transition going very *********** (*************)
