My company retained the services of Belay Solutions in July 2021 for virtual assistant services. We were promised an experienced virtual assistant assigned via a detailed match-making process, a robust onboarding process and a customer advocate to guide the onboarding process. After just three weeks the experience was terrible. My assistant was not experienced, nor did she have experience in the basic technologies she was supposed to be matched for. After multiple mistakes, being late to meetings and having received no support from my customer advocate, I cancelled services. Belay Solutions has informed me that I cannot get any of our money back and I am being held to a 30-day out clause in our contract effectively costing me over $2500 in lost fees. I feel this was a bait and switch. Belay delivered a poor product and I have lost all confidence that they can deliver in the future. I find it very interesting that there is no contact information for this business, except for "sales".Business response
