The business goes under the name of Blue ***** of ****************** but this is the same address. We took our dog to Blue ***** after our vet in ******* called and arranged for us to bring her down. She had been examined and Xray'd to see that she had swallowed a sewing needle. We took with us a CD that was given to us by our vet for Blue *****. When we signed in we stated that she was coming in for surgery for the needle and they took the CD at that time. A couple minutes later they took our dog to the back. We waited for approximately two hours while people who came in after us were signed in, seen in the consultation room and left. Finally after the two hours a vet came to the consultation room we were put in. She talked for a minute and then left to work up a quote for the surgery if we had it done that night or in the morning. When she came back she said they did not have a surgeon at the location that night and if we wanted emergency surgery we would have to take her to the Gwinnett location but then she continued to say that surgeon was already doing one surgery and would probably not want to do another that night. At that time I told her to bring us our dog and we would take her somewhere else. They have been invoicing me for an office visit for $145. I have tried to get someone to consider the events that happened that night without success. If they could not do the surgery, why did they take our dog back there. We told them up front that is what we were there for and did not receive anything from them for her. I would understand if there were services provided but there were not. Again I have tried multiple times to reason with them but no luck.
