Upon presenting the vehicle for service at an authorized Jeep dealership, a comprehensive inspection revealed substantial damage to the frame and rear axle, resulting in concerning noises during rotation. The dealership confirmed that the vehicle had been involved in a prior accident, possibly **** than one, causing extensive damage that compromises its safety for operation.Given these circumstances, I formally requested that the vehicle be returned or repurchased. Regrettably, the dealership declined to resolve the matter amicably. It is pertinent to note that I had previously contacted them upon discovering cosmetic damage to the vehicle, and we reached a settlement for an amount less than the actual repair costs. However, the subsequent inspection revealed that the vehicle's condition extended far beyond mere cosmetic issues.I promptly contacted the dealership to seek a resolution, but they refused to rectify the situation, leaving me with an unsafe vehicle and no warranty. It appears they utilized a Carfax report to misrepresent the vehicle's condition, leading to my deception.Initial Complaint

The vehicle I purchased has a history for a total loss and the dealership showed a carfax with that page missing I would have never bought a vehicle that had been totaled in the past for that price.Initial Complaint

Ms. ******** came in test drove and purchased this particular vehicle. She was given options of the vehicles that were in her price range as delegated by the bank. She chose the vehicle of her choice out of those options. She also knew how many children she had prior to purchase so picking a vehicle out of those options that would accommodate her children would be solely her responsibility.Initial Complaint

I purchased a vehicle for Motorvation LLC auto dealership in Feb 2023 for $38,000 and 3+months later the motor went out. Before I purchased the vehicle I did research on the dealership and all I seen was good reviews and I did test drive the truck 3 to 4 different times on different days. Over a period of a few weeks l.However, after test driving I informed salesmen that there was something wrong with the vehicle and before I purchase the vehicle, I would like to be assured that the truck is serviced and fixed completely. Over the next couple of weeks, I will get phone calls from the salesman ******* me tirelessly about buy the truck and assuring me the truck was completely fixed so I decided to go back and test drive again. This time the purchase was made and after I made the purchase the same issues I experience and they told me they had fixed those problems. I was still having those problems with their vehicle, I took the truck back once again this time they drop me off in the middle of Atlanta and took my truck dont know where they took it but they picked me up about four hours later saying that the truck is fixed and three months later the truck went out. Now they are dodging my calls. They are constantly lied to me about the vehicle. They treated me like c*** this has damaged and impact my credit , this is really damaged my financial living. I reached out to them several times after the purchase only to find out no one wants to talk to me. They wont answer my phone calls again. One day after my vehicle had torn up I decided to look deeper on the dealerships website I need to find out that they had plenty of bad terrible worthy reviews. They just had all those reviews at the back of their website, I discovered they have done this to plenty of people, I would like some help on getting this issue resolved because I lost $38,000 and a truck so I didnt capitalize at all only the dealership is no one should be in business if they dont have honesty please helpInitial Complaint

On 3/15/24 I purchased a used truck from this dealership. As is no warranty.Upon arrival there were many little things wrong with it. They adjust the price a little bit to compensate for the problem. Before I purchased the truck the dealership has installed new wheels and had a front end alignment done on it. Less than 2 weeks later Im at my local dealer to have the truck checked over. Has bad ball joints, and inop tire pressure monitoring system sensors. To me not having the tpms sensors working is a safety concern. I have reached out to the dealership and am waiting for a response, but prospective buyers need to be aware of this dealership and the shady things they do. Also they pressured me into an additional insurance policy on the truck I didnt want or need, They also lied about the extended warranty they offered me. Both on the duration of it and the deductible. At this point my ride had left and I really had no choice but to sign the paperwork and leave with the truckBusiness Response

I purchased a truck last year. I only asked for two things to be fixed - there was glass all over the interior. A windshield was shattered and truck had not been detailed. ***** was blowing out of the vents. I also could not connect to bluetooth. I wanted the radio working. The salesman, *****, said yes absolutely we'll fix that. Will hang on to it a few days. I was pleased. Set up financing, left expecting to get the vehicle a week later. 4 weeks later I do not have the vehicle. They kept it because they were fixing some issues that were suspension related. i was not upset, if something is being fixed, before i get it, great. i get the truck finally. truck has glass all over it. some literally blew in my face when i turned on AC. Radio does not work. It rides worse than it did the first time. Driving home, the turbo went out (2019 f350). i call and ask to speak with someone multiple times. people answered but would forward me around. I paid an extra $3k to get a warranty added. They would not fix the turbo. i paid out of pocket (this was the fault of the warranty service, i know)At this point, no one would help me resolve the radio issue. I didn't care about the glass at this point. I just wanted the radio fixed and i'd settle the rest with the warranty company. Still being passed around at dealership. i was told someone would get back with me because ***** should have filed a work order and they could not find one. how am i supposed to know what the sales man should do? I was told i could cancel GAAP insurance by the finance guy, I cannot recall name, maybe ***. i told him i do not need it, he said it would be required by the loan provider. called less than a week later to cancel. still no refund on that. I had tie rods also so lose, had to get the truck towed less that two days after getting it back. the warranty service would not cover the repair. claimed wear and tear. i called dealership to cancel. to this day, no refund for radio, gaap, or warranty.Business Response

**************** has been spoken to. There is no written agreement that stated anything was wrong with the radio prior to purchase and no agreement on a radio being fixed after purchase. Everything was working perfectly fine per sales agent. Also, when and if warranty is cancelled the refund goes to the lien holder which is ******************** The Lien holder would need to be contacted to in order to ensure cancellation of the warranty. As far as the gap warranty cancellation that is handled in a separate department, and I will make sure I reach out to them to get the desired outcome and also have that department to give her a call to walk her through the process.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because:
The lienholder did receive the cancellation check of the warranty. But it took me falling a complaint on this website for that to happen. And several follow up calls from myself. The business never once reached out to me. And the sales rep is completely lying. ***** was absolutely aware of this information. I was told by the dealership that they would go back and check for any handwritten notes that ***** might have left. They have not once called me back about that. They also have not given me back, the money for the gap insurance, and they have not sent anything to the lienholder on that. I was told they would call with a check number when that is processed. So once again, I am receiving very mixed information here. And the truck was completely fine working order, then why was it kept an additional five weeks at the dealership after I purchased it for them to make these adjustments that were never made?
Sincerely,
***********************Initial Complaint

Bought a 2015 *** **** 11/29/2023 , before I purchased the car I was sent pictures of the cars mechanics and them hooking it up to the engine to show no codes. However, starting December 15, the car started shutting off and was stalling out consistently, fast forward to two weeks ago. The car shut off in the middle of the road and I had to have it towed to *** come to find out two systems are completely not working (ELECTRONIC CONTROL UNIT AND THE **** ASSIST), *** has quoted $4800 to fix this issue with no guarantee that it will actually fix the car. *** stated 2000 to fix the electronic control unit and 2800 to fix the lane assist. I have reached out to the business regarding the issues going on with the car and was told that everyone was out of office. I would like a remedy such as a refund for the car as I was lied to I have screenshots of messages and pictures of them showing codes and then turning the car on with no codes but within two months, the car is completely dead. I was lied to about the conduction of the car. *** also as you can see in the messages once the car was already bought they stated that some things were wrong with the car, such as the fabric was peeling off of the door, and the vent where the dashboard is, was completely bent **Initial Complaint

I bought a used car (Tesla Model 3 2021) from Movorvation, GA online on 11/17/2023, and upon being transported back to my residence in MA, I noticed some noise in the rear axle. The local ******************** inspected the car and reported major safety issue. The repair costs $2660 paid by myself. They also made mistake in Title reassignment signature and resulted in back and forward mailing of the documents and took 1 month to get it fixed, and I was fined by ****** for late registration, in amount of $39.75.They have not responded to my requests for covering the repair cost.Below is the repair note from ********************, please note the last sentence "Above repairs must be completed to render vehicle within Tesla Standards for Safe operation of vehicle"."Inspected vehicle on a lift and found rear drive unit mount bolt snapped. Further inspection found the vehicle showed signs of a major rear end collision with repair work likely performed by 3rd party shop. Passenger rear spring is not seated properly in perch and the rear subframe is visibly out of alignment, both rear fender liners are missing and the trunk is significantly out of alignment. Quoting a rear subframe replacement with hardware and alignment, but recommend customer contact insurance company and have the vehicle taken to a *************** center or Approved body shop as there could be further damage that not found on visual inspection.Above repairs must be completed to render vehicle within Tesla Standards for Safe operation of vehicle. Removed and replaced rear subframe".Business Response

Discussions on purchasing a car. Listed on their website and no indications of anything wrong with the vehicle. When I asked why the mileage was so low they said the owner just didnt drive much. After doing a search on the vin number I found this:**************************************************************************************************************** And the listing on their website **************************************************************************************************************************************************** No mention of damage to the vehicle. How will they sell it with a clean title? I became suspicious when a badging on the front grille was missing. This is a fraudulent scam business working openly in Atlanta and.Business Response
