              On 16th March 2024 bought a car through Autotrader Private Exchange. (2022 Range Rover Sport)Initial price of the car was $68750 + fees = $75606. Autotrader confirmed to pay this amount and if negotiation changed the price they would issue a refund.Final negotiated price of the car was $62500 + fees = $68800 Therefore I am due a refund of $6806 Calls to Autotrader go unanswered, Tried 6 times thus far.Emails to autotrader go unanswered. Sent 4 mails thus far.Today is March 21st

              I did not feel comfortable giving AutoTrader my bank account info, to deposit the funds for a vehicle that I agreed to sell. THEN Manny- ****************(*******, **) Called and arrogantly asked how we want to proceed. We gave him every opportunity to make us feel comfortable with the exchange of funds, and verifying our payment. He said he could not verify that a man was on the moon- but it was??? Well- *****, you'll need to work on your skills for leery sellers! I was also nearly a victim of a scam on this site- But- I was able to report it. So, Yes, I am leery and still leery of scams and Autotrader does not pass the test!
