    On 8/8/20, I visited the urgent care location in Dunwoody. Immediately after that visit, I sent a feedback email regarding the unprofessional treatment I received from someone who identified himself as a Nurse Practitioner by the name of *************************. After sending that feedback, I was contacted on 8/11/20 by someone named **** who identified herself as the manager of that office and said she was following up on the feedback I sent. In my conversation with her I reiterated what was stated in my email. She apologized for the negative experience I had and assured me that I would not be billed for that visit. She instructed me to give her a phone call if I receive a ****. I did receive a **** shortly after our conversation and called her as we discussed. I did not reach her so I left a voicemail. I never received a call back or any response from her and I continue to receive billing statements/emails. I am expecting her assurance to me to be honored and I have attempted to contact this business multiple times to get this resolved. On 3/4/21, I received an email from a ************************* Representative by the name of Jaelyn P. asking me to send in additional information so that I could be further assisted. I sent the requested info but received no further response. I subsequently attempted to contact this business again but am getting no response. I would like this matter to be resolved and for someone to respond to me. The poor treatment I received on the day of my visit still continues today.
