    On March 9, 2025, my wife cancelled services with Intella-tutor for ****** that were being taken for our son. On the text message, the representative stated there was nothing further we needed to do and that she would relay the information to the finance department. Since that time, we have been charged for $1,040.00 for April and May ($520.00 x 2). We notified Intella-tutor via phone and text message (their preferred method) concerning the additional charges and requesting a refund due to cancellation. I've asked to speak with a manager or supervisor, but no one has returned my calls or voicemails since May 13, 2025.

    I paid for a service I did not receive I have tried for weeks to speak with management to get this problem resolved I have called them for the last 3 weeks and still have not heard back I have asked for a refund for the ****** remaining and I received a message from them that I would be hearing from the financial department still haven't heard anything every time I call I get a representative tell me they will have some one to call me back still waiting and I have had to put a stop payment to them after repeatedly telling them I know longer want to use there services I would just like to get my money back

    I paid for my daughter to have a tutoring session totaling in the cost of $250 before I made the payment I asked a representative would it be OK if I started two weeks prior she said everything will be fine when I was ready to start. Everything will be ready to go. She originally signed me up for the next day. I called her back the next day and told her that I reminded her that I said to her I wouldnt be able to start two weeks prior because my daughter was in camp she said OK everything was still fine. She just said she registered just to make my account active. I said OK and I asked her to register me for the 17th of June and she said she would. When the day of my daughter session came, I called to find out about my login information and and how to proceed forward with logging her in for her session. I received an automated text saying that someone will call me back that was around 2 oclock. Her session was to begin at 6 pm. I called back around 5 pm and I received the same automated message that someone will call me back. Ive called this morning and no one has answered the phone. There is no representative available to speak with. I am not able to log into my account and when I do log into my account, they say the login information is invalid, which is the correct information that she gave me from the beginning of my sign up date. I honestly feel like this is a scam, and some kind of Ponzi scheme. I would like a total refund for my money being that my daughter never went to one single class. I will need a refund for all of my money, I also recorded the call with a representative stating that if I did not like the classes, I will be able to receive a full refund. I would like my refund because I have the information documented and recorded with that statement. My daughter did not attend any of the classes nor will she be attending. I need a full refund.
